I think this is for Capital Management, they are a collection agency.  They never leave me messages either, just call every couple days.  I call back and they try to figure out what I'm calling them for.

I returned a call to this number, capital management, they have been harassing me for months about a student loan. I've asked for a monthly payment plan but they refuse. Said I should go on welfare? or get family to loan it. I sent a payment last week and the manager there asks for 6000 by end of month? Any legal recourse? I'm paying what I can a month.

These people are handling my student loans that amount to less than 2000.00. The conversation was going good until I could not come up with a payment today. If I had the money as I am unemployed I would give it to them just to shut them up. They kept telling me they understood right after they kept asking for money!LOL My other beef with them is they did not identify themselves on the message left. Do not like that! I like to know who I am returning the call to. I found out who they were by using this site. Thank you for that! I do owe the money, but wish the government would give you a way to handle your private loans when you are not employed. If I were a bank or a car company I bet I would get help!!LOl They even had the gall to ask if I would get in my car and go put money on my loadable Visa to pay them. Yea, in your dreams!

John from this company is out of control and needs to be arrested. He is not more than a bottom feeder that likes to make terroristic threats for a collection company

Am working to resolve some old debts for the owner of the law firm that I work for.  Capital Management just called me regarding a debt.  I spoke with them.  They then began inquiring as to how many dependents my boss had.  They even asked me to estimate what her annual income is so that they could submit an offer.  I told them that this was none of their business and hung up on them.

These idiots page me about once a year on the pager owned by my University Hospital.  They are trying to reach the doctor who had the pager over 6 years ago.  I've called back many times and every time have been assured that the number is removed from their system and they'll never call again.  I doubt they will ever stop.  If it becomes more frequent I think I'll have the University attorneys do something.

Capital Management Services! I blocked the original number (877-219-0867) they were calling me with, and now they use this one. I blocked it as well. I love that feature on my phone! Anyways... They keep calling on a debt that doesn't even exist. In 2006 my apartment was robbed and some of my important info was taken and used for someone to enroll in some vocational school. Sallie Mae was the lender for the tuition. Long story short... Everything has been fixed with Sallie Mae with the exception of these Bottom Feeding debt collectors that illegally buy debts. I have already had Sallie Mae send notices to 3 of these companies so far and Capital Management Services is the 6th one. After the 3rd I followed Sallie Mae's advice and I just don't even answer the phone anymore. Unless I feel spunky and want to see if they follow proper FCC and FTC protocol. Which by the way none of these companies do.
Hint... Just do the following... Tell them that you don't do business over the phone, but you would be more than happy to receive a detailed report/claim in the mail. IF (and that is a big if) they do send it to you, send them a letter in return... Certified mail (return receipt) stating that there claim does not match anything in your records and to not contact you by phone anymore, because you would rather deal with them by mail. This should stop because companies like this don?t want a paper trail that will harm them. They will stop calling and sell your debt to a lower debt collections agency. The problem is they will still keep calling until this form of harassment is finally illegal (right now they swim in loop holes). Don't let them scare you into paying anything... And NEVER pay for anything over the phone unless you initiate it!

Got a call on my cell phone voicemail from these people. They were asking for someone I've never heard of and should have known by listening to my message that I was not that person. I called back, gave them the case number and explained what was going on and they said my number wasn't even listed in the file. When I asked that they be careful not to misdial numbers they said they don't do the dialing, it is an automated system and they got mad that I requested not to be called.

Capital Management is the one calling.  They harass you and call multiple times a day.  This is the second number they have called me from.  They refuse to send a statement but call numerous times a day to get payments even if you have made a payment. They have been suspended from the BBB last year because of complaints.  I suggest you complain to the BBB and also contact their district attorney.  They have two locations one in new york and one in texas.  I suggest you complain to each state.

They will presser you in to making a payment even if you tell them you don't have the money at this time. They want you to set a date for payment and they will call 5-8 times a day. and that little faring talking is a pain in the a**.
