This is St Francis Medical Center.  They were calling me wanting me to pay a bill I had not even received a statement on.  Patience is a virture and they ain't got it.  all of this over $95 bucks and some change.

This is definitely St Francis in Cape Girardeau, MO. I have been trying to help my aging parents take care of a bill they owe to the hospital. Did you notice I said, "they owe?" My parents have not missed one month of paying but these greedy jerks are constantly calling and are harassing them, I believe. What they fail to understand is that I have worked in healthcare for over 20+ years and their tactics don't really worry me!!!!!!  They need to quit harassing folks that are paying down their debt.

this another caller which calls a couple of times  day and when you answer it there is a computer that says please call back blah blah blah  they called me why would they expect me to call them back talk about

I received a call this morning, I was put on hold while they play music, then they came on the line to say there was not an person available to take this call.  (They did not identify themselves and made it look like I called them.

St. Francis Hospital continues to call at 8AM over a bill we have made arrangements on. As far as customer satisfaction , I would rate them a 0. Their billing office is a joke . We made arrangements to pay on a $12,000. ER visit that our insurance would not pay. We made our payments and yet they turned us over to collections because we did not pay this bill off in 6 months . They are still calling . We are not rich but we did what we said we could do. That's more than most. They will call I'm sure , until the balance is paid. Just don't answer, pay what you can, because they won't stop calling anyway.

This Number continues to call my Minor Childs Cell Phone, when I called the Numberand told them I want it stopped I was told; "I'm sorry that Phone Number isn't coming up in my System." She (the Operator) told me to answer the next call and tell them to remove the Number from their calling Que.

This is related to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. They started harassing me to pay their hospital bill after it was only 30 days late. They have harassed me 5 times in the last week and I'm still waiting for my insurance company to pay their portion of the bill before I pay mine.

St. Francis Medical Center should wait for at least 3 months for insurance payments to be settled before treating their patients like this!
