Just call THEM every hour on the hour and say you are a debt collection agency looking for ( insert fictitious name) and that you are attempting to collect a debt yourself.

Ask for their phone number.....anything to annoy them as much as they annoy you.

I get  a  call  from  this  number  800-303-1043,  so i  call  back  the  lady say  that  they are  a  collection   agancy call  me about  a  old  bill,

Received call to call NCO at 1-800 -3031043 with a reference number and have received numerous calls
and are annoying especially when you are at work.  Do not know of any debt out there and would like a stop to these calls.

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number in the last month. The first one asked for a Peggy Something. Last night they asked for a Marilyn Something. I told both callers that I didn't know these people and was told my number would be taken off the list. They call on my cell phone. My employer supplies all management staff with phones as we are on call. Therefore I am required to answer every call. If they would check the owners of numbers before calling it would save a lot of grief. On the other hand I've been using my number for 3 years. Very annoying. I feel strongly that this may be a debt collector but they did not identify themselves as such.

NCO financial systems left me a voice mail saying that they were attempting to collect a debt and to call Joyce Knox at 800-303-1043. They provided me with a code.

I called from a number other than they one they called and the woman asked me to identify the phone number they left the message at. I decided to do that. She claimed no knowledge of calling my number.

After repeating my number 3 times she finally asked me if I was Paul X. I said no and she said OK she'd remove my number from their database.

Interestingly, Paul X is a neighbor in my aprtment building.

Received multiple phone calls from this number. An African American female is the only person who seems to call or answer and she asks for personal information to identify who I am. When I refuse to give it to her and when I request for her to send the details of her inquiry to my address via mail she simply hangs up and calls back the next day. Do not give them any personal information.

They called me with the same line, I have no debt so I know they were trying to "pull something". They wanted my information before telling me who they were or what they wanted. Ummm, NO! I told them to not call me again and the lady got very ugly with me saying she "would call me every hour of every day if she felt like it." What a crazy woman. I have them blocked from my phone but they use several different numbers to do their dirty work????

Msg says it is a debt collection company.  NCO Financial.  I do not answer the calls.  I have no debts other than my house and it has never been late.

Get a call late last night said I have a bill at AT&T.  I do not have AT&T sounds like a scam to me.
Hope this type of scam can be stopped.

Called work yesterday, left recording. Supposedly debt collector.  I have no unsecured debt.

Been getting fraud calls idk if this is one but I googled it and it looks like it could be thanks.

We had a 90.00 phone bill with att and has paid the balance through att and these people keep calling like I owed them the money. Sorry you want be getting my money.

I am getting the calls form the same guy everyday and they don't talk when I answer but leave messages when I don't.  I don't know of any debts that I owe.

Got a call from Joyce Knox today - they were looking for a former employee to collect a debt.

Got a call from these a-holes today. Dont know them. Never heard of them. will not return call. Let them send paper work.

The company from this number was looking for a Will Brown Jr.  And I have had my cell phone number for the last four months.

I have been getting calls several per week for a few months.   I have answered the calls twice.  I get a recordingthat drags out - telling me someone wll be with me shortly...Then they ask for someone who I don't know.  I told them I am on the do-not-call list and to never pick up the phone and call my number again and the lady yelled at me.  I hung up on her.  They need to be sued or fined or something.  I also have no outstanding debt... This is phone harressment. And needs to stop!

"Law requires that we notify you that this is a debt collection company, NCO Financial Systems, Inc.  This is an attempt to collect a debt.  Please call Richard F. Scott or Richard Eppscott (unable to understand exact name)  at 1-800-303-1043. Refer to reference number ----------------".

I just received this call too although they said it's Richard f Scott or Richard epscott.   I too do not have any out standing debts.... I've been getting unknown calls without message or anyone there for about 2 weeks now.  Don't know I'd they are related..... Thanks to technology.....

ditto exactly of Angaramiel's call. joyce knox, debt collection, the whole thing. I have no outstanding debts with anyone. I am on the Do Not Call, this particular company has been harassing me for over a year from different numbers.
