I did some research and this is a vacation company that offers 3 vacations for the price of one, one of those vacation scammers that never expect anyone to read the fine print.  Funny how their number is not listed in the US or Canada as most reputable vacation agency or travel companies would have a listing.  They have been calling daily, not leaving messages and since they are not trying to collect a debt as I owe them nothing, what they are doing is illegal.  We have protections against unwanted telemarketing and such calls and it is time consumers use them

This Scammer of a vacation company called and I happen to miss the call. It went to my voicemail and they did leave a message. Later, I listened to it and immediately became suspicious of the details of their message. They give misleading information in order to urge you to return the call. In the message they identified my full name and indicated that I had recently purchased somekind of vacation package for Summer Bay Resort. Well knowing that I had not done so I thought maybe someone had purchased it with my identity. But my suspicion was correct and it was confirmed here that it is a mere scam. They never called back.

I just got a call from this number.I answered and there was no answer.

I was taken for $200 from these people. So, when they called me right now I was sure to give them a piece of my mind. They tried to get more money from me and I was p***ed!

I have no idea who these people are I asked that they add me to their do not call list

I fell for this offer, charged the $304 and never got the packet in the mail as expected.  I called and she said they would resend the packet.  I then asked for reservations in Napa. She said that those dates were available.  I was asked my age.  Then I was told that the resort only accepts guests 25 to 68 years of age.  I am 75.  She told me I could speak to a manager who may be able to set me up at another resort.....I have been on hold now for 32 minutes.  I think I have paid $304 for a scam.

Called me, I knew it was an open line, yet they refused to respond when I said "Hello" the second or third time.

This son of a bi*** tried to call my cell phone number at 6:30 on a Monday night, and it's the third f****ng time!! I did call back and when this person answered I blew my whistle into the phone. I want these a***oles to be arrested and prosecuted the full extent of the law.

I got a package from them for $50 a few years ago.  It was an awesome deal.  I had to sit thru a time share presentation for a few hours (w/free food), two nights (no blackout dates) at Holiday Inn Express on their resort, and two free adult Disney tickets.  I paid hotel taxes which wasn't that much.  

Why do they keep calling now?  I have no idea but the first time they left a message that sounded like they were trying to sell me something.  I didn't call back, so since they keep calling without leaving messages.....

they call, leave no message, i call back and get only a wait time.....that goes on forever.......I do not want these people to call me again!!!!!!!

Some employees have been recording credit card information and then selling it online for identity theft. Be very careful, you have been warned.

caller id shows up as Summer Day Resort. They have called twice in the last 2 weeks, and hang up or say nothing when I answer the phone.

I purchased from Summer Bay Resorts a few years back and didn't use it (not enough time).  I "re-purchased" it a couple of years ago and still didn't make time to go.  They began the calls again to have me "re-purchase" it again.  I told them that I had already spent TOO much money on a vacation that I couldn't make time to take and didn't want to lose more money.  They have been relentless every since.  They call at least TWO times EVERY DAY.  Almost every call is a hang up.  When I have talked with someone, they say the computer is calling me and will let someone know to stop it.  I honestly believe they are now calling me just to irritate me.  Though they may start out as an honest business, if you EVER want them to stop -- THEY WILL NOT!  DO NOT GET STARTED WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased this package last year and it was the best vacation we ever took. I would consider this if I were you. I just got a call today this number and google it to see what it was and when I found out it was this and some of you were skeptical I just wanted to let you know they are legit and we are booking another trip

I was gifted one of these vacations.  They put us up in an old travelodge in st. petersburg that had restrooms like you'd find in a public park, the rooms were dirty and smelly and in the back behind the pool (where mostly people sat around the edge smoking and drinking) there was a bar with immoderately loud music that played until about 1am.  I even asked them one month ago not to call back, and sure enough they call me again.

I've done two packages with them. They were both timeshare pitches, but inexpensive way to get away. No problems.

I have occassionally recieved calls from this number about once every two weeks or so... I called it back from my work number and it ID'd as something like "Summer Resorts"...  I will call them later and tell them to promptly remove my number.

this phone call came and was identified as Robin Commins and wanted to have a call back. Someone at the other end acted clueless when I called back. Futher when asked to call me back no such call was made. Forwarded information to the police.

Got 6 calls in a row today.  They have been calling every day for weeks.  No Voicemail left and whjen I answer there is no one on the line.  Finally called back and it is summer day resort offering a vacation package.  Told them never to call again and they assured me that they wont.

I keep getting calls from this number repeatedly at least once a week for the past 2 months or so.  I've never answered and there have been no voicemails left.

I received a call late last night from this number.  Isreal Hannau said he represented Summer Day Resort in Orlando FL.

I said I was not interested and wanted not to be called again.  He assured me I will not get another call.

I'LL SEE!!!

My mother purchased a vaction package from this company and recently tranaferred it to me as a gift. So far the setup seems legit and the package is awesome. Can't wait to use all the great stuff included with it

We have been getting repeated calls from this number usually late at night eastern time.  I called it back. The recording said "summer day way" and "Magical Moments Resort"  

I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.
