I have received calls from, and spoken with this company. If I remember correctly, they are based in Florida. It was for an old small Comcast account. They were such a poor outfit I finally informed COMCAST of their numerous violations and told Comcast I would be happy to pay them directly but would file a complaint if this company continued with their wholly ineffective, abusive and law breaking tactics. COMCAST for 'some reason', just as poorly operative still does business with them. As a previous collections expert I can tell you that COMCAST is doing for more damage to their business contracting with this company than ANY good the money they recover from this POS outfit will ever help.

Got a call form this number, when I answer it was an automated voice saying "HELLO" and it hung up.

Debt Collection Agency, called from a local area code (305) 222-7032 ask to speak to someone that I've never heard of.

I got this new number few month ago and I believe the previous owner ditched this number because he was chased by the debt collection agency, now I have to answer all the weird phone calls and ask them to stop calling me, kinda annoying.

been getting these calls for weeks. finally listened to entire message. press one if you are ernest, press two if you are not, then put on hold to talk to next representative. First, a representative of WHAT or WHO. Second, I will not wait on hold for an unsolicited call, more to the fact a wrong number. Is this phishing or what?

I get calls for my daughter, who hasn't lived with me in 28 years. We live in different states and if she has debt that is not my responsibility. I get called everyday, even on weekends. I have tried calling them back but can only leave a message.

Message states that this is an important business matter and I need to call them back. When you call back, they ask for the phone # they attempted to contact you at.  I hang up

Stellar Recovery calling from 832-460-6042 requesting me to call them back regarding a debt. States to call 877-936-5292.  Did not disclose the debtor. Not calling back. It could be Comcast I do have an old bill with them.  Oh well..

Never had Comcast.  Called comcast and got number for their fraud department which is 888-565-4329 (Comcast Security Center).  There they checked for my # and said it was not in the system.  They told me to call Stellar 877-936-5292 where you imput the number and they transfer you to a person.  I told them that the fraud department at Comcast said that there was a mistake made.  I also told them the name of the person they asked for in the message.  They asked if I knew him and I said "no".  They apologized and said that they would remove my number from that listing.

Two things... First: you should try to get an address for the people calling you so that you can certified-mail them a cease-communication letter.  If they still call you, you can sue them.

Second:  where on earth did you get the idea that the DNC list was a call blocker?  Did you read nothing about it when you registered?  Posting a speed limit sign doesn't magically prevent everyone's car from going above 65 mph - it's the same concept.  Furthermore, you are supposed to *register* your number and *report* numbers that call you in violation of it.  You've basically just said you've registered onto the DNC list all the numbers that call you, but haven registered your own.  Hmmmm....

I have this number from Comcast also - I never had a phone be cause I just wanted the cheaper rate because of the triple play thing that they offer.

We have received many calls from this and other numbers. This one which belongs to Stellar Recovery Services. The person they are looking for is Linda Mack who apperantly had this number previously. Although we have requested they not call again that has done little to quell the almost daily calls.

I JUST got my phone number two weeks ago.  They called looking for a woman I have never heard of.  Great ..... I got the phone number of a deadbeat.

These people call every day and ask for Tyron Harris. I am not Tyron Harris. Never will be Tyron Harris. Yet, they still harass the me everyday. Isn't it illegal to harass someone when you know they are not the individual they are asking for???

Calling my cell for the past 10 weeks .... 2x per day. Talked to them to let them know that they are inquiring for a debt that they are saying I owe ... when I cancelled Comcast service .... they stated the back plate that holds the batteries for the modem was missing? They say I owe $377. CRAZY. Plus, they are the ones that picked up the modem and cable box! Never will use Comcast again for anything ... spent min. of 8 hours trying to clear this up with them and get it settled over 3 months ... to no avail!
Now I have their Debt Collectors calling and bothering me .....
If I had the $$$ .... I would've just paid them instead of dealing with all this and getting calls at 10pm & 1am and 7am and so on..............

We've been eeceiving calls from 1-877-936-5292 for four or five years.  They keep asking for Navara Walker.  We have ask this outfit to quit calling as they have the wrong number,  They don't stop. We.ve tried call blocking through our telephone company and that does not work.  We have listed their number with the federal government do not call listing.  The gov. do not call line is a farce as no calls are blocked that we have registered with them.
