On 2/13/09 and then 2/16/09, I told Rush at this company to "stop calling me" since the person they are looking for is not me. I don't leave in Oakland and the last 4 digit Social Security of the person they are looking for does not belong to me. This guy hang up the phone and I know he is calling again. I want to report him and his company for harassing me.

The number is nco systems.
I have a similar name to a person they were lookingfor.
I confirmed mhy mailing add is diff and ONLY last 2 digits of my SSn is diff.
Once they realized I was not the person they thankedme forf myh time and advisd me the num was removed.
I dont get calls from them anymore I get calls from other companies looking for this person..I do get frusterated BUT I know if idont confirm my identity with them on the fist contact they will jsut contact me or my family.
Get CALL BLOCK it really helps!

Got messages from them claiming I needed to call regarding a corporate matter involving a former employer. Googled the number and found this site.
