unkown caller - you are wrong
If a name is associated with a wrong number, they will keep calling you even if you ask them to stop. This is  because they use the name as a reference for who to call. I speak from experience with this. I asked to have my number removed from the call list and it did not work. They explained the issue with their system. I suggested they set up a query for operators to check all names associated with a given number and it fell on deaf ears. I guess it only requires a limited set on neural synapses to make repetitive phone calls.

I have rec'd a couple of calls from you today.  I purposely changed my phone message explaining I am deaf and have problems with hearing over the phone.  Please text me @ 708-975-1577 or follow the info regarding emailing me.  If you cannot possibly do this for someone who is deaf and hears only thru cochlear implants, then kindly take my number off your list and don't call me again.  Thank you and have a nice day.

Let me expand on what Mike said:
They call thousands of people back a day, sometimes people type in the wrong number on the form, if so just tell the person calling you are not looking for a dentist and they will stop calling you. They have no desire to keep calling a wrong number, quite the opposite in fact. The caller wants to help people find a dentist in network that meets the person's need, location and method of payment. None of the call back agents wants to listen to the same voicemail greeting 4+ times, if you just hang up the caller will simply call back later, save some time and tell them you have a dentist. Do make sure however no one else in your home needs one though, as sometimes a spouse doesn't tell their partner they have requested dentist information.

I actually work for 1800Dentist. Let me explain why you'd receive a call from us. If you or someone else has gone on 1800Dentist.com and filled out a 5 question survey with your info we will end up calling you to match you with a member dentist. We aren't selling you anything. We usually call for a month and then clear the record out. Be careful next time you do a google search that involves dentistry. ...we will always be one of the first 3 results no matter what you are looking for. Just pick up and say u don't need the service and you'll be cleared.

Yes, this is a website that gives you information on dentists in your area. Usually you would have called them and left a message and they get back to you.
