Got a call from this number at 7 pm on a Sunday Night. Came up Customer Service & on the ID. Checked my messages and it was a call from PPL Electric Co, the recording was garbled, but had to do with Hurricane Sandy, so I guess they were just trying to warn their customers of possible outages.
