caller stated was from microsoft, left callback # of 800-342-9114 called that # and stated from Microsoft Visual Studios - unable to speak with a person.

Got a call that said "from Microsoft Relationship Management Team". It referred to extension 548.
I called back and it seemed pretty clear it was not Microsoft. There was no opportunity to type in an extension - just leave a VM in the general message box.
Not buying it!
