Who the hell is thsi 1-800-348-4271 . They were sayng they are B of A

Claims to be Bank of America.  Our B of A account is up to date, so why are they calling me 3 or 4 times daily?

I received a call from them May 23 2007 8:13PDT. I'm adding it now because it dind't return any search results and I just discovered this site today (most of the other numbers in my caller ID list were already here!). Anyway the caller ID displays as "800 Services". Can't remember what the call was but I was getting a lot of wrong number debt collection calls at the time.

They call me 4 or 5 times a week, Most of the time I don't answer. When I do answer they ask for a S (input last name here), They say they are from B of A, I tell them, B of A knows our first name, not just the initial. I tell them there are 4 people living here with the first initial of S, which one do they wanna talk too....lol  But they keep calling!!

They call me at home and at work ALL DAY EVERY DAY.  How do I get rid of these people?  I bank with BofA too but I don't deserve being hounded like this.

They call twice a day & never leave a message.

Call to my California 805 area code business number at 5:00 p.m. and left no message but stayed on long enough to hang up the phone on my answering machine.

Keep getting calls from this number asking for someone (Janice) who does not live here. We have had this number for 13 years and no one named Janice has ever loved here. We have told them this repeatedly and they keep calling. I turned them over to the Federal Trade Commission and the calls stopped almost immediately. Save all call logs and times from this number because the FTC will ask for it

Guy called asked "how are you doing today sir"?  I said, "good".  He hangs up. Line goes dead.  No other information.  Caller Id just gave me the number no contact info.

calls daily with no verbilalization, nothing. This has been happening for an extended time.

BOA guy called and tried to offer me insurance. I do bank with them, so my DNC list registration does no good here.  I asked him not to call me anymore.
