Thanks for a great idea!I got a call from 954-745-0483 asking if my husband had looked at the information that was sent to him about Medicare. The person told me that he was not selling anything only educating us about the "Obamacare disaster". I called the number back to find out exactly what type of business this was and was told they didn't sell anything.  When I said that I was going to complain to my senators, the woman told me to calm down.  I told her I was very calm but I am still going to lodge a complaint with the senators. They sound like a business that preys on seniors.

This is a telemarketing/sales company.  They have a telemarketing side where they are given a list of numbers to call and call and call again.  Once that side has baited you into listening they will then send you over to a sales rep.  Be cautious about everything you hear from a sales rep!  They work on commission and will either tell you what you want to hear or bend the "truth" as far as possible to get you to purchase a product.  If you must know more, the owners of this company ran "Residential Relief Foundation."  Just do a quick google search on that company and you will quickly come to understand what kind of people you are dealing with!

they have teenage girls calling you repeatedly before they transfer you to a non licensed sales rep

Received several calls from this number - Thomas Onorato with Health and Life Plans of America (they are located in Elkton, MD). He sent me a quote on health insurance and then proceeded to call daily. On June 28th he informed me that I had to make a decision that same day by 5 pm ET....the reason being that all health insurance premiums were being tripled due to Obama's Health Plan by that exact time. This morning he called again and when I told him he was a liar and I wouldn't deal with companies misrepresenting themselves he laughed at me and hung up.

After doing a reverse phone look up to get as much information as I could, I submitted a complaint to the Maryland Insurance Administration.

The company calls themselves "House and Life Plans of America."  If you get a call from this number: (800)349-1354 and you know you're on the DoNotCall registry, you should report them at https://www.donotcall.gov/   This way, maybe the organization will have enough evidence of harassment and bad business practice to bring a case against the company and force them to change their telemarketing practices.  You should also report them to the Better Business Bureau at https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started   if you feel it is appropriate.

You probably already guessed but these people are not legitimate, so don't give them any information.  I called and requested to speak to a manager.  They woman got attitude and told me she was the manager and there was no one else.  I called soon after that and asked to speak to the manager and I was handed to a completely different woman who also claimed to be the only manager there (but who also gave me attitude once I started asking questions about their company since I could not find anything about them online).  Here's the info I was able to pry out of them so that you will be more informed (assuming that they were even telling the truth):

- They claim to be a health care brokerage company that represents several insurance companies to include United Health Care and USA Select Choice.

- After much prying, they told me they were based out of Baltimore, MD

If anyone else can find information about this company so that we get some action going against these guys.

Daily calls from this number on my cell phone for 5 days. I don't answer unknown callers. No message left.

these people are calling my number too, called and they hang up. This is an insurace povider.

Someone from 1-800-349-1354 keeps calling night and day. Have asked not to call again. It doesn't stop.

I keep getting calls from these numbers, for getting a quote, they won't stop, they have been calling for two days now.

Sure, they can call me all they want. When they do, after they ask for me I tell them to hold on "while I get him for you". 5-10 min later if they're still on, well, they just don't wait that long to talk.....

You can register your cell phone # with the national do not call registry also.  Companies are required to remove you from their lists within 31 days.  Companies are also required to check the do not call registry ever 31 days and update their records accordingling.  If your number has been registered for over 31 days and you are still receiving calls from the same people, you file a complaint at the do not call registry website also.

It doesn't have to be from you filling out an application for health insurance.  You could have given your phone # to any number of legitimate companies that you do business with and they sold their lists to another company.

This A** hole of a company keeps calling, then you answer and no one is on the line.

A guy picked up its an insurance company and he wanted to say that i had to of requested information becasue he has my email and i told him that he has the right email but the wrong person he said he would remove me cause he needs to sell stuff and i am taking up his time...

Got one call earlier and did not answer   second time I answered and someone said  "will pound and pound on you"  and hung up what is with that    do not call list is a joke

I never filled out anything online or otherwise about health insurance and for some reason for the past couple of weeks this number along with another one has been calling me.  How they got my number I have no idea but I've called both numbers now and told them to take me off their list immediately.  I'm also going to report both numbers.  This is so annoying! >:-[

These people are trying to sell insurance from companies you never heard of. They call every hour from a different number all day long. Never put your phone number in any insurance quotes online. Fill complaints with the FTC about these people.

I called the number back, and a agent answered. Didnt even let me tell her to take me off the call list, just asked me if I wanted and quote and disconected.

I have the same problem with (800) 349-1354 calling all the time and they hang up when I answer it is all the time.

These bags of s**** were calling about 3 months ago, told them to take me off list asked how they got my cell number. They said I contacted them for insurance via internet. I asked what web address, they gave me one I had 4 yrs ago. Thanks for selling my info Comcast. I get about 10 calls a day from them and two other bottom f****ng feeders.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past 4 days and when I answer the telephone, there is never anyone on the other end so I know it's robo-calling. the number 800-349-1354 shows up but nothing else, no message, nothing.
It is really irritating but guess there isn't much I can do about it. the question is - how long will it go on?

I just called the number back. They said they wanted to sell me Health insurance.  I kindly informed them that my # is on the do not call list. She then got serious and told me "Let me give you some advice. Call you cell company and tell them you no longer want these types of calls. The Do Not Call List is fake. So do not waste you time with it.

This number keeps calling me, but no messages are left. And when you call it back, you are put on indefinite hold...

I keep getting calls from this number - 800-349-1354 - and I am tired of it. Seems to be some stupid insurance company. I've been getting these calls since I filled in an online app for health insurance last year. I've got a new job with new insurance and i do not need their products. I've told them so but they do not listen. They just call. I am on a do not call list.

I couldn't get a NAIC for this company.  I think it is another re-seller of insurance: they pair you with a real insurance company and get paid for doing it.

I called the number and the guy answering the phone didn't like the idea of giving out the company name.  None of these places give you the full proper name but only the doing business name etc., this isn't a big deal unless the actual business name isn't the doing business name plus a corporate entity type at the end.

Health and Life Plans of America.  I called them twice and both times they refused to remove my number from their marketing list.
