I did some research, NCO Financial is a company that does outsourcing.  I did some further research and found the CEO of NCO.  His name is Ron A. Rittenmeyer.  He lives in Plano, Texas.  Call him at home at (972) 618-9572 and ask him for a contact at NCO that you can call.  When I called him he was a little upset and complained that I called him at home.  I told him that his company calls me at home every night!

Please feel free to pass this information along.  Perhaps they will post a contact number for NCO on their website if enough people call the CEO.

This company claims to be collecting for AMX...

They have called me and my daughter. They told my daughter her American Express card was compromised. When my daughther checked on line she told them it wasn't. They then asked her for her social security number and she refused. It's a phishing scam looking for id theft.

I receive multiple calls from this number every day, including weekends. I have repeatedly attempted to call them back, and all I get is either just a ringing phone, or the call is answered and I get a recording. After being placed on hold, the call is disconnected.

I got a call from this number and a woman with an Indian accent was asking for my father-in-law. I told them that they had the wrong number (that happens a lot since my husband was named after his father). She had my mother-in-law's first name as well, and the caller kept pushing me to give her a different contact number. When I asked what it was regarding, all she said was "a private business matter" and continued to harass me to either give her a different contact number or to deliver a message to them. No reputable agency (debt collection or otherwise) keeps hounding for further contact information over the phone.

This guy keeps calling me too from the number of 1-800-350-2457.  It's a static call and he's hard to understand with an accent.  They need to stop calling me b/c it's getting annoying.  He said he was from NCO (?hard to understand) Financial and it was important.  I have no bills that haven't been paid or are late!

Just put an ad on craigslist saying your giving away free pit bull puppies. then put his toll free number. he will get so many calls he wont be able to call anyone.

a co worker got a call from these people at work today. Before he could pass the call to me they started giving him my personal information; home address, SS#, etc, to "verify" he was me.
He put it on speaker so I could hear, he started asking who the Indian caller was and the Indian caller kept spouting out more of my personal info as a response refusing to identify what company he was with.
I consider this a serious breach of ethics and illegal. Complaints, changing phones, etc will not solve this problem. Someone needs to get a hungry class action attorney to sue these guys out of business.

They called for my brother and left a message, said was NCO.  

I think some people are stupid, NCO is a big collection company, they're not scamming people, you're just comming on here to complain.  How many millions have they collected for creditors and how many years have they been in business?  

People just want to piss and moan online, any collection agency will have these notes online.  Anyone can post anything online.  You guess it, it could be true or not.  No one is out there to screen the comments.  Oh well.

These people call and want me to talk to someone who I dont know and I really have no idea why they are calling me in the first place. Says for me to call them back and give them a code which I dont have and they never leave me one.

You can block the number so that it doesn't ring through to your phone check with your phone company.  We lives a digital world!

Just received a call from this number at 7:30 pm, they left a voice mail.  Stating it was NCO Financial regarding an important matter, he gave me a reference number and a different phone number to call back.  I've also gotten calls from another NCO Financial number three times in the past week.

I don't have any outstanding debt, so I'm assuming it's either a scam or they have the wrong information and are looking for someone else.

Received various unsolicited calls from this number to my cell phone.

Picked up at third attempt upon which a live mail voice asked to speak to someone (not me).
Call was disconnected when I asked for the identity of the caller.

This is NCO DEBT COLLECTORS.  If you don't want them to call you, write
a letter to them called a Cease & Desist Letter explaining to them that their
calls are causing a hardship on you and that you have nothing to give...  They
have to stop calling you..  You will however, receive their letters in the mail..

Call NCO on their 800 number after 5pm, blocking your number.  *671-800-220-2274.  You'll get an automated response that continually loops.  Every minute on the line costs them money.  I have a second line, called them 7 hours ago, and placed the call on hold.  It's still on (it's 1AM now).  Tomorrow, before 9am, I will hangup.  That's 15 hours of 800 number minutes that THEY get billed for.  If we all do this, they might get the message.

A hole called 3x....caller id said ZENTA....was a guy from India.  Barely spoke english.  Said it was an important business matter!!!!  I believe he is collecting for AM Express.  If they are going to be annoying at least give the collection calls to an American who speaks English!!! How annoying.  800-350-2457 is the number he left.

NCO Financial Systems claims I have a bill and I've never heard about this debt.
