My phone carrier T-Mobile allowed this number to authorize charges on my account and never notified me of anything until I questioned my credit balance, as I had my service discontinued with T-Mobile. Shocked that T-Mobile would allow such authorization from a company instead of the customer giving authorization. Never heard of this company and found out the number is for Red Circle (?), which I have also never heard of doing business with a company Zambano in Dublin, Ireland. I talked with a Zambano representative, told her my situation and was surprised when she asked if I was calling from the US only to find out Zambano is located in Dublin! It is a company that specializes in mobile phone apps such as games, etc. She was very attentive and stated she would block my account containing my cell phone number. BEWARE!
