Same here. We never answer numbers we don't recognize. We cancelled our subscription a while back - paper got smaller and less local news (more news about the eastern part of the state). We continue to get, however, USA Today.

They have been doing the same thing to me. They keep calling and calling no matter how many times I tell them no. They dont do the calling themselves. They have an outside company that does it on commission. Thats why they dont stop.

According to the interwebs (Erie Times News website, subscription section - https://subscription.timesnews.com/cmo/htm/faq.htm ) this is the Erie Times News.  Doesn't surprise me, these goobers WONT STOP CALLING ever since I cancelled my subscription.
