You might want to contact your attorney and file reports with the FTC and FCC..

Debt collector, United Recovery Systems in St. Louis, MO 1-800-326-3446.  Won't talk to the person he needs to, but will call and harass my family.  Don't be late on a payment to AMEX, because Steve will call your In-Laws, who have been AMEX members in excellent standing for 50+ years, and harass them to collect a balance being paid according to normal AMEX terms, which is less than $3000 total or $65 a month. Really Steve! Really AMEX! You are getting your money at $300 a month and taking 2 months to post it! Well, maybe not now! Maybe you should listen to the voice of reason when someone tries to discuss it with you.  PS: Don't ever call my parents again! If you can't speak with me, you sure the hell shouldn't speak with them, you POS!  Rules work both ways. When a guy calls on my phone and says he needs to talk to my wife, and when asked why he says its personal, how far do you think you are going to get?

URS is a debt collection agency, Steve Quick is an employee there who's job it is to collect debts.  I have been working with Steve for over 3 years to pay down my debt and my experience has been that he is a very nice and professional person.  I have never had a problem with Steve or URS.

Hey i got a call like this today, and i hung up, i didnt know who the person was, I am not in the US then they called my aunt in the US and gave her a call back number? whats this about?

WHOMEVER IS EXTENSION 3602 SHOULD BE FIRED~ HARASSING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MATTER TO GET TO THE PERSON!

Company by the name of URS asking for someone that did not live at the number he dialed.  I played the roll, just to find out who this jerk was calling at do-not-call phone number.   He stated his name was Steve Quick with URS 1.800.354.5774 X-3151.  I told him I was the wife of the person he was looking for. then he refused to give me the information he was calling for. Said it was confidential and that he could not discuss this with the wife of the person he was looking for.  I did know the person he was looking for.  I contact that person.  That person informed me that he did not know the company nor the name, and advise to curse the person out and not to call back.

The caller left a message for someone I don't know. They said if you are not that person, do not listen to this message. They left a call back number 800-354-5774
