Called at work today from Jessica White asking for me and leaving 1-800-295-3175 as a call back number with a referance #. The number they called from was 1-800-355-3613. They wanted my SSN and hung up when I said no! They said I had $100,000.00 in outstanding loans? Yeah right? This is a SCAM trying to get your SSN! Report them to the Attorney General, and the FTC.

Go To FTC.gov and report them today!

1-800-355-3613 then made reference to: 1-800-295-3175.  When cross reference equated to Capitol One.

I received a call from the 1-800-355-3613 on this day, 20 June 2008.  They requested that I make return contact with Jessica @ 1-800-295 3175...

I don't have anything more about this caller.  But, and "IF" they are of collection I would expect them to properly identify themselves.  RIGHT!

Received a letter for my fiance'.  When I called, they said they were trying to collect a dept from Sprint.  I asked - cell phone or land line?  They said - cell.  I told them we had Verizon.  They said it was from 1999 or 2000.   As I was speaking with them, I got a very uneasy feeling in my stomach and hung up (the morons could not get my last name correct after 6 or 7 sepllings).  When I asked my fiance about the letter, he said he has never had a cell phone prior to our current one. I am glad I didn't give them my bank information!

This company is called Capital Management and is a third party trying to obtain your social security number !!!!! Watch out for this SCAM....
