It is debt collector.

Just as others have said, calls my phone repeatedly but there is no one there when I answer. When I call back it asks for a PIN number and you cant reach a human without it. I have no idea why I am receiving these calls.

received a bill from AMCA for  lab work i haven't had any done, try to call al I get is a busy signal what kind of collection agency won't answer the phone . I think  this is a scam

I just received a call from this number.  A man with a heavy accent asked for me and I replied it is me.  When I asked his name and why he was calling, all I got was "I want to confirm that you are the person I called and I need to verify the information I have.  At this point, I told him that I don't know who he is and why he is calling me.  He did not tell me his name nor give me the reason for the call.  I said, nicely GOOD-BYE !

This number 800-365-3638 sounds like a scam to get personal information.  Hope this helps someone avoid identity theft. - Anatolia C.

I have this number blocked on my Mr. Number app but I have received 20 calls from this number since April 10th.  Very annoying.

Hi - I got a call from this number today. They've called many times but this is the first time I picked up.  A male with a foreign accent asked for me by name and said it was a personal matter.  I advised him he had called several times and what did he want?  I did not confirm that he had reached the right name.  When he said he wanted to speak to me I said Sorry No Can Do, wished him a nice day, and hung up.  My suggestion:  Do not pick up this call. same thing keeps calling but they hang up ... no messages... and actually they wanted for me to provide my personal information to them and credit card... but when i asked what was i getting call for and what kind of bill ... what doctor... when was it... etc.. they got upset and said they couldn't tell me anything... I didn't provide any of personal info

I reveived a bill from them, so I've called them several times to see what it's for and I'm getting a busy signal.

this number was ringing my cell today.  i touched the "answer" button on the phone and hung up after about 2 seconds.  this is standard procedure for all unrecognized calls.

Its a collection agency and I keep telling all these people who keep calling for the previous owner(s) of my new phone number, but they just keep calling and calling and calling!
I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST but it really doesn't matter, they don't abide by it!
It seems like Americans don't pay their bills anymore...is that because they have no money due to the unconscionable rate of unemployment in this country that is not being dealt with???

When I tried to call them back to have my name removed, the recording says they are a debt collector and to enter the PIN number at the top of the letter.  Of course I didn't have that and waited.   The recording continued and said to mail my response to them in the enclosed envelope.    Not my debt, yet I can't correct it either.

I too have been getting calls from this #...and no one ever leaves a message.  I called the # and it is to a collection agency.  I was put on hold and then the line went dead.  Go figure!
