I have asked this person from this number to refrain from calling my place of employment.  I do not owe them anything but it seems that they do not understand english, so if someone can let me know language they do understand, I would appreciate it very much.  I wonder if they understand the words...harrassment or law suit?

They are calling my work and getting me in trouble with my boss. I don't have an account with them and never had. The caller said her name was Joyce.

These guys called my cell phone and toldme I got a payday loan with them.  No i have not, How can I get a payday loan when im not even getting a paycheck.  They say that if i dont pay $300 dollars they will come and arrest me.  They are very rude and say they are with calling from Texas Department of Criminal justice on behalf of US Fast Cash.

The keep calling my employer stating the call is about my accoutn with them.  I don't have an account with them.  They have been calling twice a week and no matter what I say to them thye will not listen.  Their phone number comes in as all zeroes on caller ID and when I ask them for an address so that I might send them a cease and desist letter, they say they don't have one, they are only online.

US FAST Cash is really getting on my nerves.  I'd wish they stop calling my job. These people are loan sharks.  These payday loan companies should be outlawed through all 50 states.  What were people doing before these predatory lenders came on the scene.  It seems as though the politicians don't want to touch them.  Typical.  Maybe their hands are in the cookie jar to since they aren't outlawed.  The law can outlaw anything else they want to why not these predators.  Things that make you Ummmmmmmmmmm?

I have a name for this company ask for Tim Johnson. I think they buy loans form companys who are going out of business and they continue to bother people until the law will make them stop. It is Us. Fast Cash.

I have had several calls from these people. I'm sending the information that I did get from them to the better business bureau of the state of North Carolina becuase in North Carolina Payday loans are not legal and the most they can get back for their loan is 600.00. Check the laws of your state and see if the practice of payday loan is legal and what are the correct ways that these companys can collect. What they are doing is wrong and they can not and should not ask for your social secruity number or bank account information.

A fellow by the name of John Cooper called my place of employment and asked for me.  He lied to my coworker and told them I called them first.  I am so sick of people calling me for nonsense.  My coworkers know my situation and have repeatedly told them to stop calling me.  Why can't companies follow procedures?  If asked not to call, then do not call!  If a call is important, then leave a message on persons cell/home phone.  Makes.me.sick.

This person called me said his name was officer John Smith, wanted me to pay for a loan for $382 said they deposited in my bank back in 2009,  Anyway the guy's accent was soo thick I could not understand, told them I needed paperwork before paying anything, said no after I pay they can send to me. Oh Hell NO.  Then they said I was going to jail.  What is this?  I need to know what can be done to stop this from happening.  You know I should have never went on line to look for a loan. I took a loan from these guys and got phone calls from indians saying i was gonna be put in jail. i called the 1-800 number above which is us fast cash. they werent that bad to me they explained that the indian people that call you are scammers out of california. So i talked to the collection department and your best bet is to use a pre-paid credit card.No worries they cant put u in jail

Someone named Willie Smith called me from this number. The callmy cell phone and work phone all day long. Why can't anyone help us. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and a police report. What else can be done???

how did you finally get them off of your credit report?  I have a few issues just like yours and i am still working on getting them off.

Continuously calls at work, refuses to call and leave a message at my cell/home after being asked repeatedly to do so.  Argumentative to coworkers when they answer the phone and I am genuinely NOT available.

You can go to Cal corporations and look up findings on several of these jerks. you'll find they are all one big company and probably even own the collection agency I had a loan?? for 300 after they took hundreds out of my account they still hound me for 400+ you can never pay these people off

This company called and left an automated message to call them back, when I called, since it's my job to stop unsolicited calls, they asked me my name. I said "Sir that is irelevant and he said there is a lot of relevance to this." I said well Sir this is a corporation and it is my job to stop calls from soliciters, please take us off of your calling list. He then said "Um....no and hung up.....I still don't know the name of the company.

How did you get them off your credit report?  I have been fighting them for over a year now and they sent it to a collection agency and when I disbute it the credit burea says its been verified, but not sure what they are verifying because I do not know these people and had theft of my bank account and it seems no one wants to help.

Yep, they almost got me. they gave me the right info, that's because I had been in contact with them from some time ago. I almost got fooled. I don't know now who to trust so, I'm just gonna have to look at my credit report and pay the person(s) that report me. I can't afford to pay everyone that calls me. These people need to be stopped. Why can't the phone company get the address of the service they set up and give it to the authorities so they can but the ring? I called them back and asked them to take me off their calling list.  My father used me as a refrence and hasn't paid them so now they are asking me to pay them.  Anybody else hear of this????
