The same thing happened to me!!! They said I had to send $700, or I'm gonna get sued for $7000! Also that the sheriff dept will be at my work waiting for me!! It doesn't make sense, the guys name was, Sean stifler! With an Indian accent! Fkn a***ole's!

Same thing here.  And it is the same guy using different names.  And there are different phone numbers. With the 800 number it is Tim Wagner When I ask for their information like the name of the law firm and location, he says Oakview Law Group in California.  I asked for the address and he said "hold on" then spoke to someone in the background and said my phone number and was hitting the phone on the desk or something.  Then, nothing.  With one of the other phone numbers it was Neil Johnson and Joe Wright.  With the other phone number, 508-720-9645 they called me a mother f'er.

Who is the owner?

I got this call last week and was told I owed them 800.00 and if I didnt pay it that they had already filed with my courthouse and if they did not receive full payment it would be taken to court. When I explained to them that I had not received any notice in the mail about this company and owing them money that I was not making a payment of that magnitude because I didnt know if it was legit or not. The next thing I know they said if you pay 500.00 we will consider this bill paid in full. They kept calling me and finally told me that if I made a 300.00 payment they would send me a in full payment receipt and that would be sent to me by Tuesday, I am still waiting on this receipt and I am seriously considering calling a lawyer, so far this company if not the same then one ran by the same person has gotten me for 510.00. The last time I talked to someone name Neil Johnson who worked for Cash Advance who sent me a receipt in full, this time it was him again but with an attorney company and it was for a total due of almost triple that. WTF man. I cant get that money back cuz they had me use a Walmart money-pak and you cant get refunds on them. and all they gave me was a confirmation number that they received payment.

THESE PEOPLE WILL MOT LEAVE ME ALONE THEY KEEP THREATING ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND A SHIERFF TO MY WORK  TO SEVER ME PAPERS THEY ARE NOT SAY WHAT THIS IS ABOUT AND AGAIN I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE OR SOMETIMES A WOMAN IS EVEN SAYING BUT THEY HAVE AMERICAN NAMES DONT FIGUARE I WISH THIS WOULD JUST STOP!!!!!!

Another scammer trying to get money from innocent people.  A man with a very thick Indian accent whose name is "Steve Jones" left a message saying there was a case against my name and SSN.  Same language, same script for all of these idiots!!!  Leave me alone!
