MIndy is a liar and so is Lorenzo Blunt.  These are scammers, not At&t.  I have had T-mobile for over 10 years for my wireless, never had anyone else and they keep calling me about a past due bill.  LIARS and SCAMMERS.

You are a LIAR, this is a scam, I get calls for multiple reasons from a "Lorenzo Blunt" first he called saying they were stopping by the office to change the At&t analog lines to digital, etc, and he was from the Technical Services Department.  First of all I am an IT professional, I know that is b***s***.  Secondly, we do not use At&t for phone, wireless, or anything else.  Today this idiot is calling again saying he is from the At &t Accounts payable department pretending we have an unpaid bill and wants to give me a b***s*** scam phone number so we can call to pay this nonexistent bill for a company we do not do business with and gives me a made up account number.  I told him to send me a real bill from At&t.  I have called A t & t and they have confirmed that this is a scam and has nothing to do with them. FU Lorenzo.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! i got a call this morning from this phone number and the "rep" was calling to collect $$$$$ for past due bill. i paid my bill in full 3 days prior. this is a scam -- be ware !!!!!!!!!!

800 380 1196 left me a (rather poor audio quality) message about AT&T and bill and something about impacting my service. I called AT&T using 611 from my phone and checked my account status. It really was overdue. Appreciate getting the call, fraud or not.

Not AT&T! Scam of some sort. Don't respond. Called me on the phone the boss provides me, wanting account info. Said account is past due, so I told him about it.... He says account is on auto pay .

Just on the phone with ATT and it is NOT a credible number.  Do not call this number nor send them any money!  I was sent a letter requesting $.03 cents.  

If this were reputable, AT&T would email customers in this day and age.  Besides there is NOTHING on the Caller ID to indicate this number is from them..it's only an 800# and could represent "anybody".

So if it is really AT&T why am I getting a call from them on my Verizon Phone.  The music was REALLY loud and they were talking about getting emails on the phone.  So tired of phone calls that are recordings or hang ups.  Wish these people would quit.

If it is a call from a credible person, then why don't they leave a message? 2x calls from this number an no message left... seems exactly like what a credible company would do... or, no, wait, seems exactly like what a scammer would do - keep calling until they get me live on the phone to run their scam on me...

Just saying, if it is AT&T, maybe you should figure out a better, customer-friendly, method of notifying your customers that an auto-pay function has been disrupted for any reason. Just brainstorming... how about a text message. How about an email...

Its the main line for collections on business wireless accounts.  If you get a call then you have an account that is past due so don't be surprised if your cell phone its suspended because you "thought" it was a scam and didn't return the call.

I got a call from this number, they claimed to be AT&T. But they were asking about a phone number I don't own and my bill is on autopay yet they said my account was past due. I called AT&T and they said this number doesn't belong to them and they've started a phishing investigation against this number.

If they are calling from Accounts Payable that means they owe YOU money, lol.  Sheesh, the stupidity of scammers these days.

I have 2 messages on my message machine (a female voice and then a male voice for the second call.)  Both claim they are AT & T Accounts payable calling about a certain phone line.  They request I call 800 380 1196 and reference the number they left on my phone.  This is a scam.  I'm not going for it.

We received a voice mail from this phone number.  800-380-1196 but are not calling them back.

Got a call yesterday, saying they want to talk to account payable. But that they could not disclose any kind of information.The guy said it was for mobility services, when I asked him what it was, he said he couldn't disclose any information. I re-asked can you describe what type of product it is, this kind of information is not confidential.  Sounded like scam, plus the phone number they mentioned does not belong to me.

This number has called my phone on several occasions.  I don't answer because I don't recognize the number. They never leave a voice mail.

Calls several times a day but doesn't leave a message.  If I answer the phone, nobody is there.  It's getting really, really annoying.

Got a message today from "AT&T" from this number for my business wireless account. I do not have AT&T wireless--never have--so that could be the reason why I haven't paid them. If they really are from AT&T, apparently their accounts receivables department is as messed up as their repair department.

This is a scam!  The lady is very rude...she stated that I have a new account with at&t and its past due;  I do not have a new account and I'm up to date on on bills.  This is a scam.

I just received a call from 800 380-1196, said he was from ATT and that he needs to talk to me about my bill and needs my account information about my bill and please return the call.  I don't believe there is anything wrong with my bill so I Googled 800 reverse lookup and found these comments... glad I did.  I am going into the ATT Store personally to make sure my account is okay and not return the call.  Probably the best next step to take in this case. Not AT&T.  The account number they left is not my account number and I am not behind.  Just because someone says it, doesn't make it true.

Caller Lorenzo said I had an outstanding balance.  He wanted me to make a payment. I said I would have accounts payable call ATT. Before he let me hang up he asked me what my account number was. This has to be a scam. He said I didn't need to call the number on my account statement, be cause he was looking at my bill and had the correct number to call.

I just got a call from 1-800-380-1196, mentioned that they are AT&T account payable. I asked his full name. He told his name is LORENZO BLUNT. However, he didn;t provide his Employee number. I asked him if you are AT&T, your phone number should show in  AT&T Call. As I was in front of the PC, I went to check this number and found this number # is SCAM. I just disconnect the call without further wasting the time.

Have received calls from this number the last two days.  Never answered and they don't leave a message.  If this is AT&T calling about an account, they are way off, because I have no service at all with them.
