I have received calls from this number several times. The one time I answered, the man had such a thick accent I had no idea what he was saying. I requested not to be called again and told him I was on the National Do NOT CALL REGISTRY. I see from Caller ID that he did not respect my wishes, as he has continued to call me. I did a Google search on the number and found this information:

According to the website above, the company name is Signal One, LLC. If that is correct, their personal website is www.soe01.com.
