These people have been calling my home phone off and on for several months. I tried calling them back with my phone number blocked and I got a recording stating that my call could not go through. They never leave a message stating who they are or what they want. I figure that if they are a legitimate company they would leave their information. I refuse to answer this number.

I haven't picked up but no one ever leaves a voice mail. I don't know who they are.

Caller is Capital Managment Services, a debt collector. They are on the web and come up in most search engines.

They apparently buy junk debt and if they can't collect on it
they sell it to someone else. I THINK this is their contact info:
I warn people like this 2 times. Then I contact state atty generals
In this case, my home states AND the NY state atty general.

They called a few times using a different number looking for someone with a name similar to mine. I got tired of it, so I blocked that #. They tried again this morning using this number --- this time it was a scripted bot (recorded message) instead of a person.

I didn't answer. Call Id:"Toll Free Call" (I get several every day for at least 8 months now.... Message left:"0976, Please call 18003960976". Thats all. Whatever!??.... It did come in immeditatley after a call Id'd as "Private Suite" (found info on this scam on another forum)..Sheesh!

They have left repeated "broken" voice messages; (Where only the callback number is provided) but cannot get any more information from them.
