I've received two calls this week from this number but missed them both.  Any clue who might be on the other end?

I'm in Abilene, TX. I just received a call from this number. I have no idea who it is.

The information I just found is that it is digital design. They are probably trying to sell their unlimited international calls. I hope this helps.

SUDDENLINK TRYING TO SELL PHONE SERVICE.  NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT CONTINUES TO CALL AND NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.  NOR TRUST A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T IDENTIFY THEMSELVES WHEN YOU CALL BACK.  VONAGE IS SO MUCH BETTER AND MUCH CHEAPER.

They have called twice - once in the evening around 7:30 and once mid afternoon 3:45; who or what are they?
