I just want to let everyone know that I fell for it too. I paid my $299, but I called my bank and they are going to help me get my money back. I bought my "software" on September 24, 2009. Got it 16 days later, and followed the steps. I got as far as getting the doctor's info sent to me! In that set of paperwork, it said that if I did not hear back from the doctors in a couple weeks to call the support number and they will take care of it, but NOT to call the doctors! Keep in mind the doctors that they "assign" to you are real doctors. I didn't hear anything back, so I called. "Genevieve" as she is calling herself these days, called me back and told me to e-mail her to remind her to call me back on the second. That is the second of December, because that is how long it has taken to get to this step. I did call the doctors, because she informed me by yelling at me that one was out of the country, and the other was on vacation. The doctors had NO IDEA their names were being used and apologized profusely. The 800 number that was listed in the ad is now disconnected. They have used several names, emails, and phone numbers. I filed a report with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), informed the paper where the ad was placed, and informed the email company they are using. If you have more info to add, please call the FTC and use reference number 24807545. If you call the BBB, that would be an easier way to file a complaint through them, because you do need some kind of address online, but not through phone. The newspaper informed me that the ad was placed through an agency, but that they pulled the ad, will never run it again, and passed the information/complaint on to the agency. Included was the aforementioned reference number. Always remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. If you do your research, don't just go off of the BBB like I did. Google the phone numbers and names. If nothing comes up, run. A legitimate business is not going to be rude to you, charge you money, or call you from an anonymous number. The will also give you their last names when you ask and be patient with you and answer all your questions. For all you moms out there still looking for work, please visit my webpage and click on opportunities: www.beautipage.com/transformations. Any positive feedback on this site is also these people playing up the scam. Good luck to all! I hope I have been of some help.

So you just admitted that you are the scammer! What a dumbass! Yes, we were stupid too to fall for it, but fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I guarantee this will not happen twice. You better watch out because the more people you scam, the smaller your world will become. You can try to stay a step ahead, but soon all your avenues will be closed and you will have now where to go but a Federal Penitentiary. And yes, it will be Federal as this is going on nationally, and the amount of money is enough for Federal charges. Even if you stay on the streets, you are still being watched. The Feds have better technology than you do, so they will catch you when they are ready. They are just waiting to make sure you NEVER get out. For those of us who fell for your scam, we will recover and rebuild. We have lost a little bit of money and dignity, but not our freedom. Enjoy yours while it lasts because it will end sooner than you think. Who knows? I could be one of the Federal agents watching you now. You are in California, not in Eastern Standard Time. There is always a paper trail to follow, no matter how good you think you have covered your tracks! By the way, we are in the big black sedan behind you. And in the nondescript van up the street.

You are all 3: you are the scammer, you work for the "company" which is a complete and total scam, and you have no life, unless you count a life of crime as a life.

Clock is ticking scammer. You come back to post on here because you are having trouble robbing people over the phone again?

We dont have an office.  We work on the streets to save office money.  We live on the streets as well so you know how much money we save.  No electricity bills. No office rent bills.  No bills. No nothing. All we do is go on this site and write to bi****s like you who do nothing good with their life but complain. complain. complain is all you do. So, I'm enjoying this laugh.  You are miserable with yourself and you don't know how to handle that. But come on here and COMPLAIN!!!!  I love this!!!  They don't know if I am a scammer or the person who works with the company OR just a person who dont have a life just like you. :)

For anyone who might still be confused about fake posts like this one, see the posting at the top of the first page from 800notes themselves. These scum are so desperate that they come on this site over and over and make these kinds of fake posts.

If the post was real, poor "Katie" should see a doctor about her hallucinations!

So, I just called yesterday, left a msg, and a man called back today from an "unlisted" number. I knew right away it was a scam. I still wanted to ask a cpl questions to verify if they were legitimate or not. My suspisions were right. He gave me a company name of TSN Data Network, but he couldn't give me his name, a company address, or even company info I asked to be sent to my email. What a joke!! I hope none of you a dumb enough to fall for this. Yes, at first I was interested, excited about how it sounded, but once I got the call back, it was all disappointment from there. However, after I saw this site, I decided to call them back. I left them a very intising msg "Hey! Its Michelle again! I decided that I am VERY interested in the job. And I have the money ready for the data program!!". LOL...I cant wait until that scumbag calls back. I'm going to take him for the ride of his life!!

I do not believe this is a legit business for the following reasons:

1. Why do you never get to speak to a person whenever you contact them. Someone always has to call you back. I cannot believe that they are that busy all of the time.

2. They do not reveal the name of the company or the physical address where they operate out of?

3. I checked the Better Business Bureau's website and typed in that phone number to check out the business. There are no results for Phone Number '800-406-1712'. It would be in there if it was a legit business, even if it was not an BBB acredited business. It would just state that its not an accredited BBB business.

The first thing to do would be to call the place where you seen the ad. I seen it in our local paper. Then, if you already gave them money, you should call your bank or number on your card, file a report. Get your money back, change your account number or card number which ever you gave them. File a report with your police department.

That is exactly true. No return address. Just some fake software. Maybe they are going to call you back when they get their number changed again. This way it is harder for the police to find them. I hope they go to jail for this. This is a bunch of B.S. Putting people on a waiting list? Just another way to make people think they are legit or to keep themselves on the D.L. like someone else stated. Give it up!

Nope, they're not and neither are you, else they/you would post their real business name and address like we asked. We're not holding our breath, since you don't even put a return address on the crap you send out.

Depends on the state you're in.  There are some active investigations going on and they are lying low accordingly.

Elsewhere they're just lying.

I've read the growing information from this company.  I called and signed up, gave them all the info they needed, and they called me back and stated that they 'overbooked' and I wasn't being charged just put on a waiting list that would take about 6 to 8 months...what's everyone's veiw on that one?
