found out just now the phone number is marked as being from Medical(California), Spanish speaking number

they said they wanted to talk about some medical paperwork for someone who is not me or the person who had before the prepaid phone number I currently have.................... was talking in spanish

They are looking for donations for childhood leukemia.

I don't do donations over the phone. Easy to be scammed
