This is from 'dept reduction company' and they call and leave messages repeatedly.  When I call the number they leave, I tell them to take me off their call list and without responding they just hang up/cut off the call.  This happens everytime I speak with someone.

This number is now the fifth 1-800 number that I have for what I suspect to all be the same company.  When I received this voicemail (at 8:13am EDT) they claimed to be "Release Link", and the female voice on the message identified herself as "Jane".  They have been calling me at work, but not looking for me because they aren't asking for anyone by name.
I have also tried calling the number to be removed but they just hang up on me after playing the music for a while.  I have made numerous attempts to get my work number removed from their calling list, but they always just hang up or claim that our number isn't on their list.  Previous numbers, company names, and caller names were:
800-391-7790:Sarah Avis:"State Com Group"
800-717-9070:James Penn:(no name given, or not coherent)
800-657-2114:Frank Thomas:"GES Direct"
800-717-7259:Gary Miller:"CF Solutions"
I have been trying to figure out who is behind these numbers.  Being as the script is almost always the same (at least always the same "reduce your credit card monthly payment" offer), with just new names and numbers, I suspect they all go to the same call center.  I contacted someone at tollfreenumbers.com who helped me to determine that the numbers were sold through a subsidiary of atlc.com.  Contacting atlc.com lead us to find that the subsidiary is ipcomms.net.  Unfortunately ipcomms.net seems to be working hard to cover for their customers and will not reveal their identity or even let us know how many customers are involved in these numnbers.

I received a phone call last week and a message was left on my answering machine about a company offering me to become debt free.No problem I listened and deleted message. Then today I got another recorded message with a phone number so I thought I would be nice and call them back and have my phone number removed so they wouldnt have to waste their time or mine.I just got this phone number a few weeks ago so I never gave it out to anyone but friends and family.I called the number left on my machine and listened to music briefly and was connected to an operator within seconds. He went on to ask for my information and I implied I was just calling to be removed from the call list.He was then very rude to me and I asked to speak to his supervisor. He mumbled something and I said excuse me.It was hard to make him out with his heavy accent. He then put the phone as close to his mouth as he could and yelled "My supervisor doesnt talk to "F"ing W***es". I was apalled and couldnt believe it.I said what did you just say to me??He laughed and said I thought you would understand that and hung up on me.I reported this to the B.B.B and to the Federal Business Bureau 877-382-4357.Please call and complain and maybe we can get these idiots to stop harassing people.I have now also blocked my phone number from being contacted by any other people who are calling to sell something or and other type companies. This number is 1-888-383-1222.This number goes into effect within 31 of calling and you should never receive any unwanted calls after that.If by chance you do you can go after these people for violating our right.

I managed to learn that the company is Northside L** Services - I too had difficulty understanding the thick Hindi accent. I experienced a series of hang-ups when attempting to have my office phone number removed from their list, and when I finally did manage to keep one of their screeners on the phone and asked to be removed from their calling list, the screener became confrontational and rude, stating that I had wasted her time. Talk about an oxy-moron.

I had a phone message. She said she was calling about my high credit card balance and that she could most likely help to reduce it to zero.  I have no credit card balance! I called back and someone I had difficulty understanding hung up on me.
