Someone who garbled their name sounded like "SCCAY" or "Sickie day" or "Vickie Ea" stated in otherwise very clear english that "It is VERY important that I call her back at 800-436-5749 Extension 103 regarding ATT phone service about my business phone...."
I am thinkin' not so much... since the phone on which she called was not an ATT serviced number! slimy solicitation I think.
