I work there, all calls are monitered/ accts are transfered to us by different facility's/ we cant help it if the info is wrong/ most of the time it is correct/pay your bills and you wont get calls. Have a nice day!

I get the call, answer it, hear my name and then hear nothing. I hear a whisper in the background but can't hear what  they say. Frightening!

I recieved several calls from them. After doing some research on the company and letting them know I owed nothing of they were trying to collect. I then proceeded to tell them i had turned their info over not only to the Better Business Bureau but also the police and my attorney not another call since.....

This number has called my cell 58 times! I can't block them from the type of phone I use and no one is ever on the line, just a recorded message. I have followed the steps on the recording to get them to stop and they basically told me that I was lying, that I owed someone I have never heard of several hundred dollars. Anyone have any success in getting rid of these annoying and rude people?

This number calls me everyday and its calling for someone who is not at the phone number, you cant call it back

This place keeps calling my job.  They need to stop.

I keep getting calls from 800 437 6514. The person asks for me and then says nothing.  It is completely disturbing and needs to stop! Each time it is a man and the call seems to be long distance.

Calls, leaves no message.

Got a call today from from this number.  Caller ID showed 804-327-7420, but the automated service gave a number of 1-800-437-6514.  I've only had this number 3 months and I have told them before that I am not the person they are looking for.

These people are rude! I called the number on the automated message and asked what it was that I owed, she gave me all of the information I called my mom and asked her about the bill she said it was already paid, so I called the number back and told her to stop calling my house phone she got RUDE with me saying that they wont stop calling until the bill is paid I said your a scam your number is all over google that you are a scam, she said go google someone else this isnt a scam.. needless to say I cussed her out! These peope need to learn how to speak to people.. thats not a way to speak to people that are suppose to owe you money! HA

Yes!  This is annoying because they are calling my coworkers at work!  They never say why they are calling, only that it is urgent that I call them back.  I think the debt they are trying to collect on is one we've paid months ago.  Medical billing kept sending the bills to our old address so we never got them.  THIS IS SO ANNOYING!!!!

Got a call from this number at home, we also are on the do not call list for advertisers. The person on the other end identified himself as a Michael Ford, did not say who he worked for or anything and asked my wife where I was. Then asked if I was in jail. Awfully odd and unprofessional if it is a collection agency.

This is the toll-free number for a debt collector, The Focused Group, who has called us a number of times. Initially my husband and I were getting calls from their number 804-327-7420 (seen on Caller ID). No message was ever left, and we never picked up the phone.

Today, an automated message was left on one of our cell phones. These people identified themselves as debt collectors and instructed us to call them at either number.

We have no debts! We are on the Do Not Call Registry. They are spamming our personal telephones!!! This needs to STOP.
