Yes, it is a scam. I have the same problem. Was told to be charged only $2.95 for free trial but ended up being charged for $87.40. I'm working with my credit card company to dispute the charged

A friend sent me the website about these advanced colon and acai berry pills and so I ordered them. Little did I know that it was all a scam, my friend didn't know this either.

I just received my free trial, and this is the first time I'm hearing all about the scams! OH MY GOD!... I'm freaking out. So the end result to this is to rring them up to cancel then cancel my bank card!

I have tried to cancel this product three times now by phone. They said I have to cancel online and they would send me the online form. They haven't. They charged my account June 28 and sent the product and charged my account again on July 10 without sending a product. I have cancelled my visa. Do you have an email address? I went to the bank the other day to make a depoisit, only to find that my account was overdrawn and I owed the bank $170.00.  I asked the teller to print me a copy of my acct.  There was a small charge around the $2 and change from a company I never heard of.  Then on 6/25/10 I was billed $87 and change by another unheard of company.  After I told the teller this was not my  charge, she asked me to talk with someone, it was possibly bank fraud.  At that point I was shocked and very upset, as I sat across the desk of the bank executive, I decided to dial the phone# referenced on the statement.  The young lady that answered asked me for an order# or what I had order.  I explained that I did not have an order #, nor did I order from the company.  I then asked her what they sold, she stated " that she was not allowed to give out that information, nor could she allow me to speak with supervisor or anyone in management.  I got so frustrated, then asked could she tell me anything.  I told her that I have been billed $87.  She then asked me my name and phone number over 6 times trying to locate information.  The bank excutive then told me to hang up the phone, that I had been scammed. These people should be put away.  I want my money bank plus the two $60.00 my bank charged me

well i didnt get a call from them but i tried their free trial. when i canceled i was told that i would not recieve any more product or billings. well 4 days later they deducted 2 charges that equaled $127 from my debit card. i have been trying to call them back because i was supposed to have my account cancelled but you cannot speak with any one. its just music.

This is a reap off and they never pick up the phone so you can "cancel" whatever it is that they are charging for!!!! I will be reporting this!

I have been scammed and i would like to take part in this investigation.  I was told that i would have to pay a one time fee of 4 dollars some odd cents for a 30 day trial.  Then they keep sending me the crap... and charging me too without my permission.  I had to cancel from my bank and change my numbers.

Hi.I was charged for $79.97 which was debit from my checking account yesterday Nov. 17.  Shows as pending yesterday and today. But the customer service rep from my bank stated the purchase (which I absolutely didn't not authorize over the net) was from  XM Brands. What is this company. Luckily I had enough money in my account. Need to wait till tomorrow to obtain a phone # to dispute this charge with this company or with my bank(a phone# not showing on my account yet, since it stills says its pending, but already came off my balance). This is a serious problem. I had recently in last few weeks been on the internet and placed an order with a company for some merchandise, which I received and was fine with (on what I thought was a secure website). We all need to watch  out for internet scams like this. A report was just on my news station yesterday.

If you have been scammed by XMBRANDS.com or XM Brands or XM Labs, email us and tell us exactly how you first came in contact with this company.  Was it an email, another website, etc..

I too feel for the 1$ charge which turned out to be 94.17 and my bank says i must send them a cancelation email somehow and if it happens again then they can do something. I have done some research and here is a couple other bogus numbers and websites you don't want.  1-800-343-8536, 1-800-864-9920 are related with 1-800-440-4397 along with www.googleprofithouseonline.com

I'm so frustrated by all this my reply above was very short, apologies.  The fact is I was charged as well by several diet companies.  I NEVER filled out for any trail never visited any websites for this stuff etc....I'm very confused how they got my personal information and debit card.  It freaked me out so much I proceeded to order credit reports and put a 90 day fraud alert with the bureaus.  I also contacted the FTC about this and told them what was going on and filed a police report.  I urge you to do the same as this entire thing is very fishy.  I'm just really puzzled how they got my personal info.  On top of diet items I also got an order of knives, people magazine, time magazine, and anti-aging creams.

When I contacted the company about the knives they gave me a credit card number that didn't even belong to me which is insane.

I'm unsure WHAT is going on this point but it's making me quite worried.

Received the free trial.  They charged my card twice & I put a block on it. They sent two shipments & I returned them & they haven't gotten the hint to stop.  Sent an email today hopefully they will stop.   Will try to call also

I have had the same frustrating experience with XM Labs.  I did just get through to the 800-440-4397 number just now. After really pushing the issue, I did get a new website to go to: www.xmbrands.com/bc, this is a different website that another representative gave me before to receive a $30.00 credit on my account.  This one states "Sorry to see you go!" in the mid-information area.  Type in all of your information in lower caps, only use spaces, no dashes.

This is supposed to stop any further packages being sent or charges being added to your account.  Also, the rep said to not send back the packages, the company will not accept them, opened or unopened.  The charge of $139.97, minus the $30 credit will still stay on my bank account.  Hope this helps someone else.

I didn't get a call. I stupidly signed up for "free" 14 day trial but nver got the product to try and was charged 8 days after I signed up. I will dispute it with my bank, but unfortunatley the charges are still pending so I can't cancel my card yet. thanks for the info on the signing the refund form. How sneaky those b*****d are.

Received a package in the mail and had a fraudulent charge on my credit card from theses people. The mastercard receipt had this telephone number listed..  I cancelled my card and threw out the package.

I didn't get a call from them, however, a fraudulent charge on my mastercard was made listing this telephone number.  I cancelled my charge card and threw away the package I received.
