I reported this number to the FTC and to the Texas State Troopers.along with the FBI. Block this number as i was also told by a friend involved with Washington that it was not only a scam but may be based in the middle east.

Automated call came in at 9:50pm East Coast time. Didn't answer and let it go to voice mail. When I listened to the message, it said they were calling about easy money/loans and to go to www.ourmoneyfactory.com. I see this number constantly on my caller ID and sometimes a voice mail is left and sometimes not. Every time a voice mail is left it is for a completely different reason. Payday loans, fundraising for a state troopers fund or some non profit company. No live person has ever left a message. It is always automated. I thought those were illegal now and my # is on the do not call registry and has been for months. There is no way to have your number removed from their calling list because there is no options in the voice mails to do so. Going to web sites that are mentioned in a voice mail is not a smart thing to do and I will not do it. It's probably some site that will steal any information you have to steal your identity. These people are scam artists and are not going to stop until the authorities pin them to the wall.

I've gotten a few calls from that number, but when I answer no one says anything and then they hang up.

1800 464 5130 has been calling as early as 6:30 am in the morning almost everyday looking for roger and I don't know who is roger. Told them to remove my # and they said my # will be removed on 11/27/09. I still get the call on 12/1 at 1:16p.m.

I got a call from this number as well.  the scumbag claimed that it was a non profit foundation.  it is not. i called the american association of state troopers, and told them to stop calling me, that they are violating the law by claiming to be a non profit, and that i was going to report them to the attorney general for operating what appears to be a "fundraising" scam.  More than likely this organization is run purely for the benefit of its owners, with perhaps a token amount going to some aspect of support for state troopers, but if they were a legitimate support organization, they would be a non profit, and their finances would be transparent and subject to public scrutiny.  it is totally outrageous that they would call household pretending to be a charity.  don't give money to liars.

I received first call 10/25 at 6:19 pm, then got another one 10/26 at very same time! We don't answer unknow calls. Went to VM, but no message left. This is disgusting!! My husband had a good idea: Next time they call, I will answer and tell them, "Yes, I would like to send you nice check. Just give me an address where I can mail it." (If they ask for a credit card, I'll tell them I don't use credit cards.) If they give me an address, I will post that info. Maybe someone can track them down!

I got a call from them... let it go to voicemail, no msg.  I called it a few minutes ago and got a recording saying that it was something about Texas state troopers and fund raising.  I am not interested but respect that it is possible to call them back.  I will enter the number in my call blocker.

Is there nothing that can be done to keep them from calling. They call my house almost every night, around 8PM. I thought there was a cutoff time for phone solicitation...?

this number and also 800-446-1022 calls and sometimes i get heavy breathing, others nothing. they switch back and forth over and over from one number to the other in 30 min intervals. i have been on the do not call list since i got this number.

Same thing. Rang 4 times. I didn't answer,as I was working.

They have called me several times. Say they are TX State Troopers. When I told them they had already called and said they were with a sweepstakes and I had won, they told me I was mistaken. I said no, I have caller ID...
They hung up, called a few days later Troopers again okay, I said it was disgusting that they do this my husband is a cop...he said "would I f****n' say I was a trooper if I wasn't"...I said most cops I know would not try and raise money by using foul language.
He hung up...you call it and it has a recording that says it is the TX state troopers...sickos!!
They have called about a dozen times so far!!

I received a call from this # on Sunday. I answered and a young lady told me that they were calling on behalf of the Texas State troopers asking, of course, for donations. She went on and on with this speech and at the end asked me how much I would like to give. I told her that I would look up the information and # to see if this is legit. I also told her that I had their # and I would call them right back. She quickly hanged up without saying anything.
 Beware people this is another one of their scams. I got the same call the Sunday before but it was a different #. The # was: 325-574-1003 and the name was: TX. Look up the # and you will see that it has been reported too.

I've received these calls for about 10 days now, just like everyone else here.  Keep a written log off your caller ID and file a complaint with the FTC/FCC as I am about to.
