me too. I have an on line tech support so didn't feel comfortable with these folks calling me. decided to call my tech support and they said when ANYONE calls u saying u have problem with computer and give them access so they can "fix" is, do not  let them. As my folks said, no tech support companies would call u, u call them. so hope u didn't let them access your computer. Then they have access to SS #, possibly bank info.
