Calls my cell phone, never leaves a message?

Xentel does telemarketing for various charities.
They keep 75% of contributions, with 25% going to the charity.
Their websites (xentel.com, xenteldm.com,) says their company is profitable.  With a gross margin of 75%, I'll bet!  The charities?  Not so much.

Back in the '80s, it was considered a scandal when the American Red Cross had a total administrative overhead of 20%.  A 75% overhead before the charity gets a dime is an outrage.  

And, 25% going to the charity is considered relatively generous for this industry!  Congress should put these people out of business.

NOT genuinely soliciting for the State Police.

One of the most rude telemarketers I've ever experienced (and I've heard a bunch!)

I continue to receive calls also, solicators for state police department, so they say.  I do not make any type of donations over the phone and have asked them to remove my number for couple years now, they still continue to call me and I am sick of it.  I support our police whole heartly and support our local police officiers in fund raisers, etc but I am not doing anything over the phone, not in this day and time.

paid solicitor from Zentel wanting money for Virginia police. they have been calling me for over a year and will not remove my name from their list.
