Wasn't here to receive the call, but called the number back, and the person answering the phone says: "Benefits and Enrollments, this is Danny".
So Iam thinking it's a telemarketer of some flavor

I searched for this number because of a fax that we received.
The number belongs to a health insurance company - no name on the fax - touting insurance for cheap: $199/individual $299/couple. No annual deductibles, BUT, there was no company name which is a HUGE red flag for me.
Interestingly enough.... it was faxed to a medical clinic!

These scumbags are wasting my company's supplies by faxing spam. Here's how you can strike back. Call their toll free number repeatedly from a pay phone. This will cost them a payphone fee every time you call their number. Spread the word!!

I continually receive faxes from these jerks, disrupting my business. I just called and spoke with a total a** named Juan, I asked him the name of his company and his address, he gave me some phony info and hung up. I told him these junk faxes are illegal. I kept calling back asking him if he liked it. I was thinking about making up flyers with enticing offers of free services listing their phone number and plaster them everywhere.

We received a faxed flyer about cheap medical insurance so I called this number. "Danny" answered & I told him I would like more information because the flyer seemed too good to be true. He said they enrolled people through existing groups. I asked him for a website to visit and he said they only give that out to people that are interested in enrolling. I told him we were interested but I was not going to enroll until I found out more about it. He hung up on me.
