This is Bank of America. I was annoyed they left me multiple messages today, but when I called, they pointed out I had underpaid my last bill by $30, owed that and a $39 late fee. I quickly dug out that statement, and saw they were right. I completely overlooked what was due, and had paid a smaller amount.

Because I've never otherwise been late, or paid less than the minimum, they waived the late fee, and arranged for a checking account debit.

I've had issues with BoA before, but I am really glad they called me this time. And they didn't try to sell me anything otherwise during the call.
