they call me every day 3 or more then 4 times a day

got a call from this number, very thick accented woman (Hatian?) mumbling something about taking me to court over a bill? Had to replay it 4 times to decipher it.... I have an 800 credit score (thus no outstanding bills) so I KNOW this isn't for me.... Is this a scam where they bully you into paying a bill you never had just to shut them up????   Heard that's a new thing going on these days....

this number called today my cell and i refuse to answer if they cant leave a message then up there butt.these people are driving me nuts

This is ACS, Account Control Systems.  They do debt collections for Swiss Colony, Seventh Ave. and other catalog companies,

Received a voice mail from this black bi*** threatening me if I did not return her call.  I called back and cursed the bi*** out.  You don't call my house threatening me with anything I don't care who the f*** you are.  You called me harassing me not the other way around.  You get no where acting like that with me.

for a debt....left a message.....can hardly understand her....threatening....called and can't make out what they are saying!

Got a call from 201-564-7510 woman stating that me or my husband needed to call her back. ( I am long since divorced and changed back to my maiden name) Wanted me to call them to settle something amicably.
then she continues "If you don't, we will have to settle this in ---------very long pause while she looked up where I live " we will settle this in  xxxxx state court..... left a 800-482-8026 and a file number xxxxxxxxxxxxx6 then restated herself about suing me in court and my file number was xxxxxxxxxxxxxx0
called 4 times FAST BUSY which means the phone number doesnt work.It's outta order.
I chalk this up to a scam....

i received a phone call from this company at my office and they asked to speak to my supervisor.  I told the rude bi*** if she doesn't clarify where she is calling from then I will not refer the message. She told me if she was my boss she would fire me and I told her that if I were her boss I'd fire her for being rude and not having any phone manners. They called for Englewood hospital pain management office in New Jersey. She better hope not to catch me on the next call she makes because I will curse her out!

Did you get a call from a 1-866 number.  Because one of my neighbors got a call asking for me from a Jessica Rodriguez.  I didn't know my neighbor at the time.  But she said it was an 1-866 number.  She lost the rest of the number.  It's illegal to contact complete strangers on your neighborhood asking for you.  So if you have it, can you give it to me. Because it's harassment, and I need the number so I can get damages.  You may be able to do so as well.  I know that blocking, the term used to contact your neighbors is illegal, and you can sue them.  Please reply if you can.  Thank you.  Just ask for me. Tried to get the number from my neighbor, but she lost the paper, I guess I could get an attorney get her phone records, but I l want to do it this way first.  I'm going to bookmark the page.  Thanks.

They called my work number and machine stated call was of "personal matter" to call them back.  I called them back (since we were in the process of buying a house) and got a busy dial tone.  I tried two more times and the same thing happend.

I called this number by accident and they said they were going to charge me. I tried my cell phone thinking this was another number again and they said there would be a fee for access number to my phone and they said they were in Las Vegas Nevada and I hung up. I called the telephone company about them. I am waiting to see my phone bill. I never talked to no one. This is crazy. I am not paying them nothing. I never talked to no one and this is a toll free number. They were trying to hook me into another number and I hung up.

These people were extremely rude.  I waited to talk to someone to tell them that there was no Jessica Rodriguez at the number they were contacting. I did have an attitude b/c I was tired of my son having his nap cut short due to debt collectors calling for a stranger. So when I tell them they hang up on me.  I'm sorry but that was uncalled for. I don't care if I was screaming  at the top of my lungs (which I wasn't), you take my number off the list.   So I call back and this time I was officially pissed told the guy what happened and he tells me that I deserved it and my number is off the list and hangs up on me too.  Soooooooo uncalled for.  I wouldn't pay them either!
