LIPA making a pathetic appeal for public relations. Your a little late for that! 2 weeks without power. 10 individual LIPA crews made up of meter readers and other people who don't know the difference between a primary wire and a cable wire filing the same report day after day.
Thank you LIPA for the thoughtful waiving of my late fee for not being able to pay you because I couldn't power my computer. Where do I send you a bill for the gasoline I burned in my generator or for the days of time and material I spent clearing trees off your power lines?
Special thanks to the out of state crews who put up with LIPA incompetence, lack of accommodations, fraud, union strong arming, horrible system maintenance and a nor-easter to get our power back.

Recieved this call a few minutes ago and they left a message. However, the message was not complete and didn't hear the beginning..just "thank you for your patience". Anyone????

It was an automatic call from LIPA power company, saying electric was restored to my area but if my individual home was without power to call them.
