My 95-yr-old mother just got a new phone line and immediately started getting calls.  No way to let the caller (robotic) know that she's not (unintelligable name).  I googled 205-917-1179 (caller id showed as "U S Government;robot voice said it was SBA) and found many other people in the same boat.  Called that 205 number and was told to enter a loan reference #.  Finally was told to call 800-490-2498.  That number apparently is an alias for the 205 number; exact same robotic voice and request for loan reference number, ending with suggestion that I call the 800 # if I need further assistance.  It's all bogus, circular, and totally non-productive.  I've blocked the number.

They got the wrong phone number and i can't reach a live person to let them know that again. I told them a while back that its the wrong number but they keep calling.

These people have been hounding me for a year or more - also a wrong number and I'm not the person they're looking for.  A few months ago, I finally got them to stop but now it's started up again. It's now harassment and occurs sometimes twice a day at odd times AND I cannot get a live person this time. I don't know what to do.

These people call my number several times a day, every day, and are driving me crazy! They say if this is not the correct number hit 4. so I do, but then they call back the next day. they also say if you would like to call them their number is 1-800-490-2498. So I call this number and they want you to enter a loan account number... well I dont have one, and then they say sorry this number isnt valid and they hang up on you... they claim to be Small Business Administration... of what? I cant find them anywhere. when I call the local SBA dept they answer as USGovtSmall Business Admin. althought they too have a "never can ever find a real person phone system"... ugghh!! Doesnt anyone have real people answering the phone these days???!!???  STOP CALLING ME !!!!
