It's a bottled water company telling you to put your bottles out the day before they deliver.

Got a call from a1800 number I don't answer the phone because it take my minutes away

their pesky company don't buy water from them no worth it their not honest company they load you up on water charge enormous fees .And  not refund you for water not used, as well no bottle refunds like they promise... and calling on do not call list tell you alot!

This is automated service from DS Water/Hinckley Springs to inform you of upcoming delivery of water.

i love your water... (clearly. been a customer since 2004) .....BUT, your customer service is one of the worst i have ever had. its almost like a lack of communication... many problems in the past. have gone without product so many times. twice in the last month... sick and tired of paying for a service i rarely receive... if i dont get a call (and at least a free case of product) tomorrow, u can consider me a FORMER CLIENT!

Quit calling me

We use Crystal Springs Water company also known as DS Waters 1-800-4-WATERS and I love this number 800-492-8377 because I never remember when to put out the empty water bottles.  This company gives you a call when they are going to be bringing you out more water the following day.  The company uses a computer system to call those that are expecting water the next day.  Sometimes the computer shuts off and ends the call if it thinks it's going to voice mail.  If you do not want to be notified of when they are coming to deliver the water all you have to do is call the 1-800-4-WATERS and let them know that you dont want to be notified anymore.  They will automatically take you off their list and there shouldn't be anymore calls coming to you.  All you have to do is repeat the numbers to the people so they take all of your numbers off their list.

I love this call because it reminds me to put out the empty bottles they give like $6 or $7 credit back for returning the bottles.  Equals awesome to me.

Piggybacking phone numbers is illegal unless you have specified clearance and you don't.......  I have never done business with any water company and I get calls a couple times a week.

then how come I have never done business with them and they call 3-5 times a friggin day???

I answered, no one there.  I've also been receiving calls like this from 800-651-9692.

Got Phone Call...No one there!

I called, 800-492-8377, and it belongs to Sparkletts.  If you have water delivered they call to let you know.  I called them and they removed me from their automated list.

Call to remind me about my scheduled water delivery the following day.

DS Waters has six brands covering the east to the west coasts. They have two call centers.  Flowery Branch, Georgia call center uses this number.  It is an automated call intended to remind you of your delivery the next day.  Many customers use returnable 3 and/or 5 gallon bottles and the call is intended to remind you to place your empties out the next day.  I don't have the cooler set up so my delivery salesman calls me personally the day before delivery.  (I take one gallon and .5 liter bottles of spring water.) This number does not make business solicitation calls. Hope this helps, folks.

Reminder message from Crystal Springs that the water delivery date is approaching.  I just wish that there wasn't such a long pause between answering and when the recording starts - always makes me think that it is going to be a telemarketer.
