They seem to have a cisco customer list and they want customers to "Renew their Contracts". When my customer told me of the call, I called her and left a voice message. She then e-mailed my client telling them that she can't talk to me. She says, she can only talk to them. This is weird because our company is the Cisco partner that sold the contract in the first place. If this isn't a scam then it is piss poor business practice of Cisco, which I am working through the Cisco partner channel now.

This number called 3 times today - 11 am (from 8004983989), 11:46 (transferred through Cisco Main Operator), 2:59 pm (transferred through Cisco Main Operator). 3rd call, left 3 min long voicemail containing background noise - no message. This caller will be blocked and reported to Cisco Security. Inappropriate.
