Received call from this number at 8:15 on a Sunday morning.  Caller ID said "Private Name/Private Number," but the recorded message included the number.  Selling college diplomas.  This one really needs to be shut down fast.

Called us at 3:15am last night.
In a terrible pre-recorded British accent, the computer said it's name was Roger Hamilton from Winchester University.

Offering $100 Bachelors, Masters, PhD., and an MBA in Business Admin Diplomas would be shipped out in just a few days.
A live registrar is waiting 24-7.

Please don't tell me people are stupid enough to call them back.

I received a recorded message from this number. The voice was vaguely English-sounding (but also seemingly computer generated) and purportedly was that of "Warren Fawcett from the "National Education Bureau." It promised a college degree "without classes, without tests and without studying." He said, "If you have owned your business for more than two years, you are eligible to receive a college diploma based on your knowledge and experience."

I received a voicemail recording pretty much the same as all of you.  Claimed to be from the "National Education Bureau" and left the phone number.  No Caller ID was provided.  I also filed a DoNotCall complaint.

National Bureau of Education is what they are going by now. Same 800-511-9303, same restricted showing up on caller ID. Although the recorded message from a man with an English accent said my life experience qualifies me for a college diploma.

They " say " they are from Westminster University and we can get a diploma from them for $ 100.00   , you call the number and they do not say who they are  , rather what you are calling for and will have someone call you back with " details ".  I called them several times asking the 2 girls ( funny their voices were exactly the same ) who what company they represented but they refused to say  . The last call they aske ME to quit calling them or they would call the police !

Same as the rest, although the message was on my office voice mail, so I missed the opening bits. Didn't hear the speaker say his name, and it sounded as though he was calling the University "High" University.

The speaker falsely states that if they are calling a business, it's OK because the "Do Not Call" Rules don't apply to businesses. It is against the law.

W**ker.

These folks must be disciples of the fellow who said "There's a sucker born every minute."  Call came to our church phone at 3:00 am Saturday so did not wake anyone up.  PLEASE tell me no one ever falls for these scams.  And I already have all the degrees I need, including a doctorate.  Nice try . . . NOT.

So much for Do Not Call registration. I guess I should be glad they called mid-afternoon... all our spam calls have had a British accent lately. Weird.

I'm saving the message to play over and over again whenever I get frustrated with work on my *REAL* PhD. Hahahah.

Called us at 3:15am last night and left a message on the machine -- of course he woke me, my wife, and my kids. If possible, I want to prosecute this scum bag. I've filed a claim with the FCC via form 1088E.

I just called them at about 2PM CST and talked to a lady with a non-English accent. She said she was sorry but she refused to stop calling people and waking them up. She finnaly hung up on me. If I would give her my number she said she would remove me, but then where would that get us??? So I will be calling her back from pay phones as I get the chance because that costs them a few bucks every time you do it, and if enough people call them, they will go out of business.

Man, we got a call at about 5am that woke us up. It's the same jokers and they must be based in Europe somewhere. My suggestion is to fight back and the best way to do that is go to a pay phone and call them. I hear that if you keep them on the line 3 minutes they will be charged extra because it's from a pay phone. I think the longer you can keep them on the phone talking the more it will cost them.

I just received this call at 3AM. Has anyone else applied or attended an online College? I wonder if someone is selling info. I did attend an online college, Thomas Edison College that turned out to be a bogus setup. They have a accredition but their "mentors" are all in China and can't communicate, and the course material was arbitrary. Just this week I dissassocited myself with them. I wonder if they sold my info? Calling a person at 3AM on a holiday with friends that are travelling is harassment. I'll respond in kind.
