Spamming faxes and phone numbers on a do not call list in Canada is illegal and I have reported them.

Bull crap is all you are feeding us.  When I called to have my number removed, the man would not let me talk or finish a sentence and then proceeded to yell and swear at me!  You say you list are compiled of people who have traveled in the past 3 years or have inquired.  I HAVE NEVER TRAVELED, NOR HAVE I EVER INQUIRED.  I'm handicapped and am unable to travel you bloody moron.  Bull crap to anything you say....when your mouth is open, you are lying.  There seems to be no way to remove our number either, you just keep faxing.  Nice way to get customers, you're just pissing them off and now they will never use your service.   Like the saying goes:  "YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID".

Every month I get an unsolicited fax from CS Travel. Every month as soon as I receive the fax I call the number listed on the bottom 1 866 881 4784 to be removed from the list. I punch in my fax number as requested. The faxes just keep coming every month. I am sure they are targeting Canadians in order to stay outside the US legal system.

Legitimate businesses provide a method of removal on the faxes they send.

You must be the other kind of business.

Please change your methods so we can remove ourselves from your list. This isn't complicated. You are only as good as your actions and you are acting as a shady business. To avoid this perception, create a number people can call to remove their fax. Or an email. A webpage. Anything. Your refusal to provide any option speaks volumes.

You have no idea anything about our business nor anything about good bad or ugly.
Out of EVERY comment you will see, you will never see ANYONE say they were scammed or that they did not receive what they were told and promised.  Notice  NO COMPLAINTS just COMPLAINTS about receiving a fax. Our lists that we use are made up of people who have either traveled or inquired about travel in the past 3 years. Our list is scrubbed constantly to remove any number that does not want to receive the ads. Do not mistake our company for others out there that do not remove anything. There are hundreds of companies out there  that are as you say, but to say that ALL companies that fax are no good is not true.

Removal numbers on junk faxes are bogus. The crooks sending them are criminals by definition. No legitimate company uses fax marketing. None. Ever.

How about putting an automated fax removal number on your faxes like all the other vacation fax spammers?  You may be a legitimate travel business and been in existence for 10 years but you're still a fax spammer.  Period

How can I stop this junk spam company from sending me unwanted faxes. Exasperating.

Oh... funny enough too that your LinkedIn profile states you work for Central State Travel - in Orlando. Where is Orlando, Hernando? Last time I checked, it was in Florida.

What is interesting about it is that Jay Hammond, the supposed general manager / customer service manager of CS Travel - a name that consistently pops up with this company is being exposed - repeatedly has stated the company is based in Florida. R-E-P-E-A-T-E-D-L-Y. Altamonte Springs, to be exact.

You're right; I've never dealt with your company - other than receiving your junk faxes in my office and being directed to a (defunct) website to remove my number from the fax list - but I have done my research.

Until 2012 CS Travel was at one point headed (or possibly even owned) by Joesph Hanna. Incidentally, Mr. Hanna was also the president of Sunstar.

Good Day and first of all let me tell you that you have no idea what you are speaking about.
Your information is incorrect. Our company CS Vacation Group has bought the company from Sunstar LONG ago. Sunstar was fined for sending faxes to the USA which they were falsely accused of and there was no fine ever collected.
If you have not dealt or know anyone that has dealt with our company then you are misinformed and I understand that. Before you accuse a company of being someone they are not, then you need to contact and do your research. If it is just that you want your fax number removed, then contact us and we will gladly do so.
Incidentally, Sunstar was in Florida and CS Vacation group is in Houston Texas.

If you have called our number and there is no answer, it is because we are extremely busy or you have called after business hours. Our company has been in existence for 10 years this month and it is not fair that you consider us a scam or not truthful if you have not purchased from us or much less even spoken to an agent here. Our company is also IATAN Accredited as well!

I received unwanted faxes every week.

This number is for "Central State Vacations" or "Central State Travel". They are a company, with a very shady reputation for junk faxes and seem to frequently change their 1-800 numbers. They used to be called Sunstar Travel Inc - until they changed their name because they were fined over $500K and had some legal troubles in Florida and Indiana.

Google search the company and have a read through some of the pages on this site as well as 800notes. Some hilarious stuff.

CS Vacation Group belongs to this number - they spam us with faxes, wasting our ink.  When we call, there is only a message to leave a call-back number.  I suspect this is a scam operating as a legitimate business, as there are no real people, and the deals advertised sound too good to be true.
