This is a stolen 800 number. It actually was owned by a Dallas Law Firm and is being used for some scamming purpose. I just hung up after I heard the robocall message asking for me to push "9" on my phone.

Left message about lowering morgage rates.
Called number- it goes to a law office in Tx. They say # was stolen and is being used to steal credit card #'s, and please report to donotcall.gov

This robo call came to my "do not call"listed number. I called it back and I reached a TX law office who explained that this number was stolen and used for scam purposes.
