webmaster, why don't you bring this site up to date? Having posts from 2007 is not keeping up with the times. Yikes!

Was a bank telling me they wanted money. Heck, I want money, too. If I had some I would have paid them but since my house burned, and I had no insurance, I don't have a pot to piss in. Am eating stale corn flakes and yucky tasting milk for breakfast. I told 'em I would pay them soon as I could, maybe when I win the lottery or meet a woman with big boobs and a big bank account.

I just love how the "employees" create fake accounts on here & justify annoying and harassing hard-working people! Every one of those stories that justify their behavior or take up for this SCAMMER is FAKE - just like them!

If they call YOU & refuse to identify themselves, feel free to annoy them & harass THEM! I'm so tired of them calling our very busy office over & over again & hanging up.

1-800-537-3302 was displayed on my caller ID after I picked up the receiver and nobody was talking there. This was early this morning, PT. Two hours later, another call from the the same phone number. I wonder is anybody trying to find out if I am not at home and rob me LOL::) By the way, I am not afraid of robbers, I am afraid there are some people even worse than that.

I got a call from this number saying it was First National Bank of Omaha and they needed to talk to me about my account. I called the number on the back of my credit card and customer service was able to determine that they had called me regarding my balance. I made a payment online, she was able to see it and all was resolved.

This is so NOT First National Bank of Omaha! I closed my account with the bank last year after I moved out of state! I never answer any 800 numbers. If it's important, they will call back. Since they didn't call back, I'm assuming that it's a scam phone call.

If it's your collection department, why doesn't anyone pick up the phone? Maybe because they're too busy scamming everyone else?

Well let me tell you, you guys call all the time.  I am the only one who pays bills in this house and none of ours are past due!  I am very vigilant about paying all our accounts on time if not earlier than the due date, get it together and quit scamming!

Received calls from 800-537-3302 over the past couple of days.  I never answer numbers I don't recognize.  I will continue to ignore their calls.
Any credit card or bank institution I do business with should already have my information.  I will not give any personal information out so anyone.

Received multiple calls from this number, never a message. I looked up the number on this site, then called the number. I do have a First National Bank of Omaha card, and my payment was late due to an oversight. The fellow who helped me was most polite and had all my information. It's very easy for mistakes to be made: if you don't know who is calling you, make sure you find out before reacting, or giving any information at all. If the number is not for you and not legitimate, block the call and they will give up. Best not to trust any number you do not recognize, and best to find out all the facts before acting. It's unfortunate as well that many fine institutions have crappy people manning their phone lines, if you get an unpleasant person report a complaint to the company. Any company that cares about your business cares about how you are treated.

I also received numerous calls some back to back, some not but in total 7 throughout the day, nobody ever came to the line when I answered ...finally I called them. After a legit sounding disclaimer a lady got on and I asked her WTH was going on she started by asking my name which I gave her, after a couple moments my street address then again after a couple moments she asked for my city and state, thats when I told her if she isnt looking at it by now then this call is a phishing scam...she hung up.

IF this is a legit number as you claim...why have they called me 7 times in the last 24 hours? I have NO bank account with them. I have NO credit cards. All we have us a savings account with a local small town bank in Minnesota and we pay everything with cash..and have done so for years   :)

Guys, it's a legitimate company. The website is www.firstnational.com and they facilitate several different credit cards so while you might not think you've had a card, you just might. You can't assume all debt collectors are scammers because they call you and want money. Most are probably legitimate claims, and if they aren't, don't call the police on the debt collectors, let them know it is a fraudulent account and probably put some sort of identity protection on your social security number.

My name is NOT Brittany and the number you stated in your review is not a telemarketing number that is the line to our collections debt. So the only thing I can suggest is that you pay your bills on time and you wouldn't have to worry about getting the calls. So many people act upset that we call over money that YOU borrowed and YOU spent. Giving our bank a bad review because you fell short of the initial agreement should warrent a bad customer review towards you. People don't understand that this is our job. If you paid on time then there would be no reason to dial your number..........

Okay so go to bbb.org look up first national bank of omaha and that # is on there. I got a call once from them they told me first bank card I was confused but the way it was explained to me is that frist national handles accounts from a lot of smaller banks and other companies so they decied to change everything over to frist bank card so that way all of there accounts could run off the same system (which honestly think about it they are a family owned company so they are trying to make things easier to handel). They told me they were the collection department for first back card I asked for the customer service # and it matched the one on the back of the card so I'm sure all of you did your research

Telemarketer
I've gotten several calls from this number. They leave a voice message claiming to be from Sears and that I need to call them back at this number.
I don't shop at Sears and I have no business with Sears, so unless it's a telemarketing call, Sears has no reason to be calling me.

They called all day while I was at work and then left a message at night for me (by first and last name) to call Susan.  I never call until I check these things out and it seems to be a scam.  Not calling "Susan" back.
