Thick spanish accent hard time understanding. Ask a lot of questions about health. Ask about mental health issues and if we had insurance. We declined to answer.

Same as above. I told them I was putting my kid to sleep and didn't have the time.

This is a number for the Florida Department of Health. So far I've taken 3 of these surveys; I have no idea why I'm so popular with them. The surveys I've taken so far have concerned 1) the swine flu; 2) the details of my families level of health care, and; 3) a survey concerning how I would rate my doctors.  

 They are NOT a debt collecting agency. You can choose to opt out of any or all of the questions. In contrast to some of the statements above, these people have never harassed me, and have always been polite.  These surveys can take 15+ minutes, however.

THEY ARE A DEBT COLLECTING AGENCY TRYING TO TRICK YOU INTO TALKING TO THEM.

That didn't work.  They would not remove me from the list because they said they did not have a list.  Hopefully the phone company or police or FCC or someone can handle these harassing calls.  I'll try all three.

They called here several times before I (rashly) picked up the phone.

They call every night identifying themselves as Fl. Dept.
of Health taking a survey. Have told them I am not interested
in their survey and to stop calling my house. They either or stupid
or dont't understand english because the calls keep coming.

When I called the 800 #, I got a recording which said Fl dept survey.  You may choose to be removed from the list or request further info regarding same.
