I answered and a recorded voice asked if I wanted to listen to a recorded message, GOOD GRIEF! I answered NO, then the recorded voice said, OK, I will add your number to our do not call list?? I hope they do, very irritating!

Call that number back and you can leave a msg to Do Not Call with your phone number.

I've been getting a lot of calls from this number! I don't answer the calls and they don't leave a message!! What is the point of the Do-Not-Call thing if it doesn't work?

I think it was a recording but it said Hi my name is Jay and gave an ID number and said it had a prerecorded message and asked if it was okay to play .. I said yes, and then it said it was showing my number as a do not call list and said thank you have a nice day and disconnected.
So, I don't think it is a collection agency.
