so after weeks of calling these guys just to see if the number was still in use.....yesterday i called and the number is now temporarily disabled.......does anyone live in Providence here?  Does this company really exist? let me know as I still think we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against these a'holes!!!!!

no this is a scam once they get your money they keep asking for more and you never get the loan don't do it

I'm still waiting for my 490....I called them to find out the status...they said they would contact me with the status...I have yet to hear from them...these people are just stealing money....we all need to collectively take action against them!...I have yet to see some one who actually got the loan or refund

I have filed a police report and an fbi report against these u know who's.........they are going down hopefully

Back in October I applied for a loan online.  This company Berkovic Credit Trust got back to me and in order to receive my loan I had to pay a collateral payment of $900 which I did.  Later did I find out that I should not have had to pay a collateral payment in order to obtain a loan.  This transaction was done via Western Union to a private lender in Toronto Eric Peterson.

After the transaction, they advised oh sorry but you need to make another payment of $900 which i found strange......but being naive I did another Western Union Transaction.

Again after doing so, they advised again that I need to make another transaction of $900 so again I did.

But after that they tried to ask again for more money.  At this stage I had had enough and said forget it, and asked for a refund of money spent out.  They told me it can take up to 30 days to get the refund processed.  Which I held tight until recently.  I called them about 6 times in the past week with no reply.  So today I called again and reached someone in Customer Service to find out about the status of the refund.

The person I spoke to said that I need to pay a refund processing fee of $400 in order to get the refund released!!!  They never told me that I had to pay a processing fee and I am now out $2700 because of all of this.  And this has put me financially unstable as you can well imagine.

You've been scammed. Legitimate lenders do not use Western Union. Please do not send these people another penny. Instead, please file a report with the FBI, the Department of Justice, the FTC, your state's Attorney General, and your local law enforcement.

I got scammed I was told to send $400 then that wasn't enough so send $600 then another $500 then another$500 then $300 for taxes and border fees. I called a few weeks later to find out when I was getting my money back then I was told there is a new lender I went through three lenders and still lost out. I called today to find out where my refund is he a new guy the general manager told me I needed to pay $400 to get my refund I will get it back when I pay it. I don't get it they have $2500.00 they want more and won't give any back without more money.
Can anyone rxplain . anyone have $1100 I can borrow I'm about to lose everything.

That's exactly what they did to me please keep in touch we have to figure out what we can do but please file a compliant and hopefuuly we can catch these  people and sue the hell out of them lets not give up these people have got to be stopped

I got scam by heidi lawson too she ask me to pay 450dollars by western union send to ryan thompkins in toronto they got my money and refuse my loan then ask me to pay another $450 but i said no after that they refuse and ignore all my calls....heidie lawson is liar.

You will never find these scammers by yourself. Your best bet is to report them to the proper authority's..

i did get scammed also for 750.00 by a Ryan Daniels told that I was approved by a Heidi Lawson Berkovic Credit Trust they sent me the approvel paper work they asked me to wire transfer thru western union then I would receive my 5000 loan when I called to find out where the money was they said the private lender ryan Daniels needed another 750.00 more to be approved when I said no just send me my collateral of 750.00 would be sent back to me in 30 business days then nothing then told to talk to a jerimy customer service told be back in my account on nov 15th still nothing I know I got scammed how did you make out with the police did they investigate this matter as fraud ? my e mail is 519bobfleming@gmail.com or fleming.967@gmail.com like to know how you made out  L Fleming Windsor ont

I also have this company cash to a "private lender" Ryan Bennett in Hamilton I looked up Ryan Bennett and it seemed legit but like others I'm waiting on a refund don't think I'm going to receive it. But if not I'm calling the Hamilton police with the name and how they got me to send money.  I'm going to get to the bottom of this

Well i got scammed big time. Me like a dummy I gave them $900. I also spoke to a Megan Turner. supposably I'm suppose to get a refund. And guess what I called today and the number is temporarly out of service. I so happened to look up this Berkovic Credit Trust and I see all these complaints.

If they are asking for an upfront fee for a payday loan, that's illegal.  This place is likely a scam.  Another clue is that they may want you to pay this fee by prepaid card - which is untraceable once you hand over the card information.  They'll take the fee and you'll never see the money again, and never get the loan.

they also called me and wanted $490 for 6 months of payments for a loan I have never heard of a loan company doing that either soif you were to find out anything please repost and let me know I would hate to send them my money and it be a scam

A Megan Turner called me about a loan. Which I do need. The place is called Berkovic Credit Trust. They wanted $1050 for three months payments. From what I know that isn't done with legit loans. I just don't know if this is a legit place to get a loan. I would like to know if it is.
