Received spam fax advertising medical plans.

I have had many solicitations from these jokers too. I called them back several times trying to get information out of them about who they were. One of the guys was J.T. I filed a complaint with the do not call registry too. If we found out who these peoples are we could do something about it.

Miguel, the number that you have in your post is not a fax number, it is an actual customer service number, I think you may have just misdialed.

So they sent this to a health insurance broker.  If what they claim is true the underlying plan is http://www.beechstreet.com  which happens to be a reputable limited benefit plan.  However, the details they advertise do not match up the the beechstreet plans I am familiar with. I left a message with the broker line.

Thank you for these links.  I added my reports on these slimebuckets.  When I called the b*****ds to have my name removed, they said "Not gonna happen."  I hope they get at least as much disruption as they caused me!

I get these things all the time from the company despite having used the "opt out" number.  I think they just put that opt out number in to conform with law while they actually use it to confirm that they have actually hit on an operating fax.  Have filed a complaint with the FCC, but I personally think we should hit them in their pocketbook by everyone sending the junk faxes to the 800 618 4954 number where the "enrollers" are standing by ... clog up their system so they can't get any actual business calls and have their "enrollers" getting nothing but high pitched squeals in their ear .... maybe they will quit sending the faxes.

I have been getting faxes from these guys for some time, I have never responded in any way but they are relentless. It is only 1 page at a time but ink and paper are expensive and I did not inquire about this insurance. Thanks Tak for th FCC link, I am going to report them as soon as I am done here

Does anyone know if this is a CA company? We could all sue in small claims court for receiving this and we would each win.

I agree with TAK, the poster who suggested filing a report with the FCC.  I have been reluctant to call the opt out number, as I do not believe they will honor the request, or if they do they will only send it again from another number.  
It is worth the time to send the complaint because it will help shut down these shysters!

Ditto on the FCC on-line complaint. However the do not call list does not apply. BUT, unless these faxes are expressly authorized by the phone's owner, they are illegal.

Do not call. Do not opt out. That only verifies your number. *67 does NOT block your number from them - either land line or cell

These guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.

If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business.

Received a fax from 514-958-0000 advertising this Associated Group Health plan with a call-back number of 800-618-4954. Get these about once a month advertising healthcare plans for you and your family. Said you are receiving this fax because  of a recent inquiry made regarding healthcare coverage. Bull! I have not made any inquiries. Also says Please call 866-793-7402 to be removed from our list. Have not done so yet but probably will. The 514-958-0000 number is also a scam number apparently from Canada.

I just received the junk fax from "Associated Group Health". I called to ask where they supposedly had my name and number that identified me as someone that requested healthcare coverage. I was told by a guy that their marketing company maintained those records. When I asked who they were he refused to tell me saying they can't give out that info. Said they were "Back east". A search of the Internet yielded that ACE USA Insurance is the parent company out of Philadelphia. I have just sent one of their V.P.'s an email asking if that is the case.

I do not toss these faxes in the trash and forget about it. I successfully sue the company in my local Small Claims Court. I have won each case. Don't take it lying down!

Can we charge them for the fax costs? There must be a way to get them to stopt his type of advertising.

Relentless SPAM faxes. I keep reporting them, they keep using up my toner.

I got one of these also - same scumbag fraud insurance company.

I also note the FCC takes action in only about 5% of the complaints forwarded to them, so we may have to do this ourselves.

Did you know that 1-800-618-4954 is the free fax number of the American Nazi Party? Send 'em a fax (which they get to pay for) and tell them what you think of them!

Another FRAUD .... soliciting health insurance via SPAM FAX;  FTC complaint will be filed ... AVOID dealing with this group  -  "Associated Group Health"  or so they claim ...
