Got an auto-dialed call & message from Frost-Arnett Debt Collectors.  Asking to speak with a person who is not me, regarding a charged off debt.  Perhaps this person had my phone # before me.
Regardless, F.A is a debt collector (primarily of medical debt, but also handles other types of collections)

I just recently spoke to my local hospital and this is a number to a collection agency. Im guessing theyre legitimate because my local hospital i always go to referred me to them. So dont ignore listen to what they have to say. Just ask them to send you a certified letter and an adress or something.

It is illegal for debt agencies to call your work! Let them know that you know that and if they still call, then you can sue for harrassment!

Received a call from some girl named Amber at this Frost Arnett Co (800-619-5487 & 502-716-5299) while at my parents.  I don't know who they are nor do I owe any debts to anyone.  Do not know how they got my parents number or how they know that I was here.  I am separated working on getting a divorce from my husband...so no one except certain people know I am living here.  Not calling them back and if they really need to get a hold of me, send a certified letter.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED MY PARENTS! I HAVEN'T LIVED WITH THEM FOR 32 YEARS! BEEN IN COLLECTION BUSINESS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL.......

this number calls me at 8:00a.m. in the morning and after nine at night.
won't say a word, but i am turning them into the Fair Debt people.Suggest you people keep a log of how many times they call and when, get a name if possible.
Most of these calls are made from machines and they can't use machines.goggle mini-miranda rights and see for yourself, what they can and cna not do and pass this info to others too.

Just got a call from them today about a collection on a medical bill from 2007. They said they have tried to contact me several times but no answer, which I find funny because I have an answering machine and thats what they left the message on today..also never received any bills from them before in my life.. than they give me a po box of who its from because for some weird reason they can't give out the phone number of the location. I look the place up and its about 2 hours from where I live..so im not understanding why i would go 2 hours out of my way for medical treatment..seriously...this is a joke.

I am a receptionist and keep getting calls for a Robert Knapp from Joyce Kelly.  She keeps wanting me to pass along the message to him even though I have told her there is no one at this company by that name. Finally to get the woman off the phone, I told her I would pass on the message and she gave me this number for him to call.  Even said, I think this number will work. It's annoying to keep getting the calls.

Received a call from someone today from the number 1-800-619-5487. Left a message on our machine, said her name was Roseanne and she asked for my wife by her FULL name. I have NO idea who they are, as she didn't say what the purpose of the call was or what company she was with. Tried calling them back and got a machine that hung up on me after answering. Tried 3 more times, same thing each time, hung up on me. If this is some kind of debt collection agency, then I know damn good and well that it isn't for us, as the only money we owe is our house mortgage and NOTHING else to anyone.

why called? tried to return, but cot recording.

They called when I was not at my desk. . .  I have no idea why are they calling my number. . . I have no business to do with these people

I just received call at work on my work number from 800-619-5487 X2158, Linda Montgomery asking for my daughter by name.  I said this is her mother and this is my work number.  She said this was the number my daughter left and I know that is not true.  My daughter has health issues and bills and would never have them call me at my work number.  I believe it was a debt collector who has been harrassing my daughter at all hours.

Someone just tried to contact me at my place of employment.  Please do not contact me here.

I am happy to discuss settlement of my account.  At this time I have several other outstanding medical obligations and am willing to make payment of $100.  If acceptable a check will be in the mail tomorrow.

these people keep calling my job. I have a professional healthcare job at which i don't work in the office. These people keep calling my job's office, when i work in the field taking care of clients. I don't know how these people got my work number, but i am going to tell them to stop calling my job or i am going to sue.

Received call on my called id. No message. I do not have business with these people.  Is this a spoofing number?

Call is from Arnett & Frost.  They are a debt collection agency.

They keep callin my house and I have ask them repeatly to stop and take my number off there list. I am not the one they are calling for and they are harressing me regulary. There number is 800-619-5487
