A woman calling herself "Ms. Fox" left a vm with an upfront disclosure that it was a debt collection call. I think it's a scam; do not call back!

800-621-6375 belongs to:
NCO Financial Systems, Inc.
507 Prudential Road
Horsham, PA 19044
they call with vague messages like "call mr. smith back"
just send them a cease & desist letter, reference the phone number they are calling and the reference number. don't give them any other information. recommend you also send it usps certified but that costs more, though it's not required.

The call seems to be from NCO Financial. I called NCO at (800) 550-9619 and asked them to remove my cell phone number from their call list. They asked for the number and my name. I asked why they needed my name and was simply told that it is required. I asked the rep to confirm that I will stop getting these calls. She assured me that I would, so I gave my name. She said to allow 24hrs for the change to take effect. I'll post a follow-up on this site if I continue to get calls. Otherwise, assume that it worked for me.
