This is just another way for someone to get money out of you. Don't fall for it! This information is available for FREE from the Dept. of HUD. (Google HUD for a list). These guys get you into a "trial" list that may or may not show up, then they start billing you for $39.99 per month and I bet cancelling it is not easy. I have seen people get ripped off for a lot of money before they can get the charges to stop.

This information and virtual tours of each property is available online through the US Govt. web site (HUD to be specific). Google "Gov't and Foreclosure homes"
The 800 number is offering you a printout of information pages on the web for $40 a month.

So will I ever get the list of foreclosures? Or will I have to wait until I get billed 39.99??? Does anyone know???

I called and they will send you a booklet of all the listings in your area or the area you are interested in moving to. They provide FSBO, Bank, Gov't and Foreclosure homes. They charge you $1.99 for shipping & handling for the listing they provide. It is a 30 day trial service and after the 30 days, it will cost you $39.99/month. When I said I would call back, the agent said "Why call back if you aren't going to do it now?" Rude.

I just saw the same commercial.

Just saw a commercial and it's for a company that wants you to ask about foreclosures. "Wall Street Journal reports 400,000 foreclosed homes sold for $1,000 or less" per their commercial. NO idea what the company name is, they don't say!

It's "Aeromar", an airline company.
